Staff were friendly, the service was great and they were quick to complete my order which I am extremely happy about!

Beckett ‘s delivered the product promptly, it was well packed and when I contacted the company the staff replied promptly and were helpful. However, the product was poorly set up it had 2 loose frets, the bridge had to be lowered and the string height at the nut adjusted. It now played well but this cost me £45. The construction of the guitar is very good.

The customer service and overall experience from this shop is second to none. The Bromo guitar was out of stock and the restock was delayed because of worldwide demand but as soon as it became available Becketts store informed me and I was lucky enough to purchase. The delivery free and quick. There was a small issue with the tracking number but this was resolved very fast and easily by Dan. So thank you very much and I can't recommend this Store enough they are just fantastic.

Bought from Becketts before and will again. Very pleased with the prices and fast reply to any questions. They promised to let me know when a particular guitar was back in stock and they did. Not all shops do. The guitar was well packed, double boxed. That's important to me as it's an easily damaged instrument.
