This last purchase was of a ebook and I rang as I needed to change the currency from euros to pounds. Mandy patiently explained the steps and how to apply the discount code while on the phone. She also pointed out where the redeem code is found. Thanks for all your help - it's much appreciated.

Great, but I wish to make buying books more easier and world wide shipping because it's difficult to used E book comparing to have it and own it.

Only the shipping cost to the Continent via Royal Mail is too high - more than the cost of the book.
