If I would have done a review at the beginning of 2026 I would have given them a 5! Tape stayed on, perfect size, delivery was pretty quick. Somewhere along the line, they changed the adhesive. I ordered my three packs and they wouldn't stick. I reached out, they sent me a new order, still the same, adhesive did not stick. They're offering me a 30% refund. It's not cheap when you're using them every night. I've now switched companies.

Love my pink tapes . I find I’m sleeping through the night and less mouth breathing and waking up with a dry mouth !! This is month 5 of using signature pink tapes

I tried 3 other mouth tape companies that didn’t work for me before I found Beauty Sleep. Beauty sleep is the perfect shape for my mouth with a slit in the middle so you don’t feel suffocated. It also has the perfect amount of stickiness so it holds all night but is easy to remove in the morning. I have been extremely happy with the communication and service and the free lip balm I received.
I also love the convenient beauty sleep container that holds all my mouth tape in a safe place.
I highly recommend this company and their product.

Not only great products but the best customer service you can find. I love the original Signature Pink Tape. Stays put all night, easy to pop on and doesn't rip off the skin when you remove it.

I've had a very good experience using Beauty Sleeps newer mouth tapes. I'm dreaming every night and waking more restful. I feel like the tapes ingredients, like hyaluronic acid, are smoothing my upper lip and helping to prevent wrinkles and diminish the ones I have which is a very unexpected benefit.

I absolutely love the mouth tape - I wake up without a dry mouth and my teeth are not full of cavities. I can’t sleep without it

Been using for 7 months or so…recently started to experience irritation and skin on my lips tearing despite no changes otherwise.

Tried to contact beauty sleep twice for advice/activate the return policy but it seems all they are interested in is positive reviews. Abysmal non existent customer service.

It will be a year Labor day weekend that I began mouth taping at bedtime with Beauty Sleep. In the first week I noticed my day time shallow breathing has started to improve. I could take a deep breath, really open my lungs for the first time that I can remember. Im pretty sure my brain fog is going away, cause I'm remembering things and can focus so much better.

I’ve been surprised how easily I have adjusted to using Beauty Sleep. I’m a snorer and my husband confirms this has reduced hugely. Looking forward to trying nose strips as well. Impressed with the after sales service.

I've been using the Pink Mouth Tape for a while now, and Beauty Sleep is my favourite, I've tried a few brands. I had an issue with the Collagen Mouth Tape and I contacted customer service. I received a prompt reply and the issue was dealt with without any problems or hassles. Happy customer :)

Customer service here is great. Im a fan of the original pink mouth tape, and when I was reordering I decided to try the collagen tapes. They did not work for me. I disliked them a lot. I reached out to them via the website. Thwy contacted me back and had my order replaced, and the tapes that worked on the way to me very quickly.

i purchased the pink mouth tapes and had trouble with it staying put on my mouth through out the night. i emailed the brand and mentioned this and they immediately suggested i try the purple collagen mouth tape and sent me those to try. they work great and was super pleased with their customer service.

I researched many mouth tape options before trying Beauty Sleep. I hoped it would work well, but continue to be beyond happy with it. Not only is it helping my sleep, I do see a difference in my jawline. And now, when I had a question about an order, they promptly replied and handled my question professionally and thoughtfully. I still considered trying other brands, to ensure no other was better, but don’t see a true reason to do that research. 💞
