Ordered, paid for, and never received the merchandise. 20 emails later and no direct contact with any actual human, numerous contact with USPS, and I can not get either a refund or replacement order. Every email keeps telling me to check with shipper. Shipper says package delivered. No confirmation. No delivery photo. No package delivered to my address.

Wish there was a zero-star option... Order placed in April for two hats, expected late April. Mid June, I contacted customer service and have the full email trail since then. At first they told me goods were delivered but their own tracking number said the goods were in holding. They gave me a second tracking number (when does that ever happen???) and said they would ask shipper to expedite the hats - acknowedging that they were NOT in fact delivered. Recontacted yesterday and got same runaround story. I asked for a refund - which their home page highlights "Fast Refunds" (where have you EVER seen that on a home page) and they went silent. It, unfortunately, is an unethical company. I have filed complaints with my state's AG, the FBI and Shopify. PLEASE AVOID ORDERING ANYTHING from Beautifuy.com - IMHO and based on my and other experiences written about on TP, you will likely lose your money.

Bad Bad Bad…..run around every contact….bad or wrong tracking numbers….not willing to help….all interaction feels like a scam. No sign of product….ordered 2 Hats with Canadian Maple Leaf…contacting credit card company to register complaint/stop payment.

I gave these banditos one star because it was as close to zero as possible.

They didn't ship my order, and when I wanted to know where it was, they sent me two different tracking numbers.

Needless to say, my order is now four weeks late, and I have informed my credit card company NOT to pay them.

I never bought from this company but it sounds very much like another scam company I bought from, whiteweby.com, who claimed to offer Made in Canada products. Fabric, printing quality and cap construction were all very poor, and actually had Made in China tags in them! Many products here look just like the ones on the other site.

Horrible. I ordered a hat and paid double for expedited delivery. Three days later I ordered a second one to a different address. The second arrived two days before the expedited hat was delivered. Now they are offering me a $3 refund. NO! Pay me the $15 plus that I paid for expedited delivery. STAY AWAY FROM THIS OUTFIT!

I ordered 2 items a hat and a t shirt through a Facebook Ad. First, the sum I was charged was $55.21. The amount on my receipt and the amount I was to be charged was $44.17.
I would not be concerned about the excess charge if I in fact received the product. In spite of their tracking advising the products were delivered on May 1st I have in fact received nothing!

I bought a hat that I received and it came in a small plastic bag. It was completely flat. I reached out to return it and they said to wear the hat more and the shape would come back. They said it would be too expensive for me to ship back for the return. Do not buy from this company. It's just cheap stuff!!!

DON’T BUY ANYTHINGQ FOM THIS COMPANY ! I ordered 3 items on 14th February for St Patricks day, they finally arrived 23rd March!

The fit and quality of the items was a joke, I ordered M, I couldn’t even get my leg into the leggings! The sweatshirt was really poor quality and one of the items didn’t arrive at all.

I wrote immediately to Beautifuy customer service, explained my issue and asked for the address to return my items, as per their returning policy.

After 3 weeks of emails, I have been offered compensation, which started at $4 and increased to $18, which I have refused and I consistently have requested their return address, which I still haven’t received.

They have now stopped answering my emails and still haven’t provided a return address.

The quality of the items is rubbish,their customer service is non existent.

I am not going two let them get away with it tho, I’m going to take the matter further with consumer.gov. They need to be put out of business.

Comically, the worst online purchase I've ever made.
Print quality equivelant to an over copied Xerox photocopy.
The fake elbow patches on my pullover are on the inside of the elbows (the front of the arm).
All I can do is laugh.
To say it's crap doesn't quite explain how bad it actually is.

This is an AMERICAN company claiming their Canadian themed merchandise is Made In Canada so Canadians will be tricked into buying them. Disgusting and fraudulent. I'm reporting them

I would give this company 0 stars if I could. The order supposedly was sent and took over 2 and a half months before we were told it was delivered (which it was not). We have reached out to them for a refund and nothing back. I will NOT be ordering from here again NOR will I ever recommend. I will also be telling people to not order from this store unless you wish to get scammed.

If I could give this company 0 zero stars I would because they aren't even worth one star and neither are their products. I bought two shirts and one was sewn with the seam on the outside of the garment instead of the inside. The other one is totally different than the pictures indicated it was and it is crazy to think a company would feel ok with charging $25 for a piece of garbage cloth. When I contacted them they said their warehouse had moved to China (what, it had always been in China) and they could only offer me $3 as a refund for two shirts that I paid $25 each. This is a fraudulent company and needs to be shut down. I reviewed it on their website but the review never showed up.

I bought 2 tops. The product is terrible. My material is cheap as is the construction os both tops. One top the neck line is poorly sewn it hangs terribly. The other top is made from a cheap material. The Boston Terrier head is like an iron on and a section os the brown is below the actual dog and it looks like a bad stain. The order cost more than I thought it would. I was lead to believe the prices were Canadian but was charged in US $. I never received confirmation of the order. I contacted through the email address on PayPal but never heard back. I found several negative reviews and that made me worry, and I realized when I received the reviews were correct. How is it there are 5 reviews here and every one is 4 or 5 stars. So they have to be fake reviews made by this Chinese company. DO NOT PURCHASE IT IS GARBAGE!!

I absolutely love this top! I got the yellow color, but it's more like a brownish, ochre color, which I love. I especially chose the color for fall. It's nice material and my favorite thing is the dramatic balloon sleeves. So very cute with brown boots and leggings. It is a bit larger, so size down.

I have wide feet and I was worried they’d be uncomfortable but they are not. They are adorable too!
