Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service. You actually have to write them an email to cancel the subscription. Value of products in the last box was very unsatisfactory. Very disappointed. They are better subscription boxes on the market.

With how the majority of businesses operate, you are required to email to cancel your membership or subscription.
Emailing to opt out of an agreement is industry standard to have this information logged and received in writing.
All that is required to cancel your subscription is for you to email us in writing.
As you attempted to Unsubscribe inside your Customer Portal, you are then informed to simply email us to request your cancellation.
Before any cancellation, we like to offer our subscribers the opportunity to either pause or skip their account or receive a discount on their next order.
1) Most of our subscribers are unaware that they can pause or skip their account instead of cancellation altogether so we like to bring this to their attention first. Most of our subscribers opt for the pause or skip instead of cancelling altogether.
2) A lot of our subscribers also come into financial difficulties, COVID related or other, so we also like to offer them a discount on their next order so they don't have to miss out on receiving their monthly box of goodies entirely.
We hope this has enlightened you as to why we require all cancellations in writing.
We also hope this has cleared some confusion around the way we operate and thank you for your understanding.
