Very easy to apply for my mortgage protection with best the bank. I had a call with Andrea initially who was very helpful and answered all my queries there and then. She stated in touch with me right through until I was ready to activate my policy which I found brilliant!

Andrea couldn't have been more helpful from start to finish! I made a mistake on my initial application and once I realised, Andrea got straight onto underwriting and had it sorted for me in no time at all. She was so quick to answer various queries I had about the process time line as I approached the closing date of my property purchase. Then the purchase fell through and Andrea was so kind about it all and spoke to me like an actual person, not just an employee who lost a sale. I went sale agreed again a few months later and Andrea was able to pick up my previous application and move it forward with no hassle at all. And on top of all that, they had the most affordable rates I could find through researching online. I honestly couldn't recommend them (& Andrea) enough 🙂
