Perfect!
Was sceptical on whether or not they would arrive in time due to a few reviews so I emailed after my order to double check they would. Can happily say they arrived in under a week with standard delivery, pleased with the service especially for the price 👍🏽

I have still not received my order
I have still not received my order. I waited in all day Friday to be told in the evening it wouldn’t be delivered until Monday. I now have 14/11 and 15/11 so when will it arrive??? I emailed you last week and no response. Not a good company to deal with and you should not take payment until item is dispatched

Order some trainers with "express…
Order some trainers with "express delivery" and after a lot of back fore it took two weeks to arrive. The trainers didn't fit, so we contacted them and they gave us return instructions so we returned the item using tracked delivery, they received the item but then didn't issue a refund. We contacted them and they said they would look into it, but never got a response, we've since tried to contact them again and they've ghosted us. Open a case with PayPal to get our refund.
Reading between the lines I think this operation is actually just someone working from their bedroom sourcing clothes off eBay, I don't think they hold stock, but when an order comes in simply go and find the item elsewhere and send it on. My experience has not been good.
Update: the money was clawed back through the PayPal dispute process.

I have just passed another message down, what has happened is because we initiate refunds through Shopify and when the refund was initiated when the shoes were received there was an error in the system. It just didn’t go through. It has been fixed now and you should have received your refund.
I’d like to apologise for the delay and inconvenience caused. We are currently working on upgrading our customer experience, it is very important to us. I can assure you going forwards this will never happen again.

Cancelled order
So I ordered a trapstar tracksuit and after a couple days I got a text saying my order has been cancelled randomly , I contacted customer services and they said the order was cancelled due too ‘suspected fraud’ which I have no idea why and it’s been a week where I have been trying too contact them and still haven’t received a refund

We have reached out to you explaining why your order has been cancelled. We have an automated system in place that cancels orders at risk of fraud automatically. Your order was cancelled and a refund was processed as soon you ordered. The refund has been released on our end, it takes 3-9 business days for a refund to appear back into your account. This depends on your bank.

Finally received the trainers with…
Finally received the trainers with relief and they are great. A bit of feedback though. Communication could be better. I paid £8 for express delivery and was told 2-3 days then heard nothing until I contacted you after a week. I then started to stress I had been scammed and the £200 I had paid would be lost. I looked up on companies House and even wondered if the reviews were fake, all because I had no updates. Also overpaid postage. Don't offer what you can't fulfill. Please keep customers updated with orders and delivery dates. I will order from you again as I am pleased with the deal I eventually got but it wasn't a worry free purchase. I hope you can improve on this and your company can continue to grow as it is a great website with some really good brands.

Christmas purchase Nike Air Jordan
After receiving a despatch email to say my order was in its way there was some delay. I contacted the company who were outstanding with communication and understand my frustration with the purchase being a Christmas present cancelled the previous delivery and rearranged a express delivery for the next day so my purchase was recurved by 10am the next day and I had a very happy daughter on Christmas Day. Would definitely purchase from here again.

Jokers. Cancelled my Christmas present trainer order because they apparently priced the trainers wrong on the website. Instead of honouring my order they upped the price online. Garbage customer care, none existent.
