Still haven’t had an actual response to my particular situation. Just pre packaged stuff that’s not addressing my almost 4 year old hammock. Come on folks, just reach out and make a loyal customer happy please. Pretty please.

The products are amazing but the customer service is slow and misleading. Getting vague and different answers throughout.

Would love to continue buying more hammocks and share with friends as we love the products but the support is making us begin to look elsewhere.

Haven't gone camping yet but the gear looks great and it's all very compact and lightweight. I ordered the double size hammock, kodiak straps, rain fly, and mosquito net to cover all possible scenarios. Might have to set it up in the backyard and give it a test run.

It is impossible to get an order canceled or a refund initiated. I had ordered 4 items at night but decided the next morning (less than 12 hours) to email them to cancel my order, but they had already shipped the items. They waste no time charging me and shipping my order. My items arrived and now I want to return the items to get a refund. They took over 24 hours to respond to my request for a refund (I used their online form this time). And when they did respond, the instructions for a refund only pertained to orders via Amazon.com and items that were opened or damaged (referencing to their warranty policy). I have brand new unopened items that I want to return, so I replied indicating that none of those situations described in their email applied to me. I am awaiting their response but I am not hopeful. Don't buy products from BearButt, they don't make it easy for customers to change their minds or get support.

I was very pleased with this purchase. I have used bare butt equipment in the past and have liked it, but this is the first time I have purchased their hammocks, and I am very pleased with the quality as well as the fantastic customer service!

The only complaint I had was that my order didn’t all come at the same time and that wasn’t super clear to me in the communication so when I opened the first package I expected it to be there.

Wonderful products! We have 8 hammocks and 6 rain flies. Took them backpacking last weekend, got rained on all night and we were all warm and dry! Great customer service as well - answered questions and replaced defective items quickly!
