Shawna, thank you for choosing Beacon Funding and for sharing your experience. It is a privilege to support your business, and we are here whenever you are ready for your next step.
Misunderstanding of a Lease
Each time Beacon has called we told them about the problems with the equipment. We've now had it 3 months and looking into sinking a good bit of money into getting it fixed. Since it is a leased piece of equipment, we thought there would be some help or other options for different piece of equipment, NO. I will say that our Beacon agent has been good about calling and seeing how things are going and did work really hard to get us into the equipment.

Svar fra Beacon Funding
Danny, thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear you've experienced issues with the equipment. We understand how frustrating unexpected repairs can be after taking delivery.
While Beacon Funding provides the financing, the equipment itself is selected from and sold by the vendor, which can limit the options available once the transaction has been completed. We appreciate your kind words about your Beacon representative and are glad to hear they stayed in touch and worked hard on your behalf throughout the process.
Thank you for sharing your experience, and we wish you the best moving forward

At Beacon Funding, we are committed to delivering a seamless experience so you can focus on running your business with confidence. Thank you for choosing us, and we look forward to being a resource for you down the road.
I should have waited for a different…
I should have waited for a different truck. I had to spend over $2,000 to replace missing pieces on the truck as well as purchase the necessary equipment to even start towing with it. I have had to turn away business due to the truck being a light duty. There are a lot of 1 ton and utility body trucks that are too heavy for the truck I purchased in my area, so I have to turn them away when I get called.

Raymond, thank you for sharing your experience. We're sorry to hear the truck did not fully meet your business needs and that unexpected expenses were required to get it operational. We understand how frustrating it can be when equipment limitations impact your ability to take on work opportunities. We appreciate your feedback and wish you continued success with your business.
