Joggers were a nice but the sizes are way off, I ordered 8/10 and the waist on them was massive and you couldn’t size down as the legs would be too small. Very strange sizing. Also when doing a return you either lose money by getting a refund to the original method which in my case was £5 or store credit which puts me off as I don’t really want to order again because I don’t know what the sizes are going to be like.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review.
We’re pleased to hear that you liked the joggers, but we’re sorry that the fit wasn’t right for you. We understand your feedback regarding the waist being too large while the legs were more fitted, making sizing down difficult. We’ll make sure these comments are passed on to our product team for review.
We’re also sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your return options and the amount deducted from your refund. Please contact our Customer Services team at info@bcouturelondon.com with your order details so we can check your return and explain any deductions applied.
We really appreciate your feedback, as it helps us identify areas where we can improve both our sizing and customer experience.
Kind Regards,
B Couture London Team

Only reason I have gave a three is because the leggings and hoodie sets are not true to size I'm normally a large and last time I bought the leggings they were too tight so I sized up and they took tight the waist and legs on these leggings are too small and need addressing my other items that I bought I'm satisfied with but sizing needs sorting out
