Fresh fish and great service
My delivery got accidentally missed and they called after to check then ensured I received it same day. Just a great family business. Much better freshness and flavor than supermarket fish.

Second order of receiving thawed fish.This time totally thawed.
I was very disappointed to have received a delivery of 5 pounds of completely thawed black cod. Cold, but not frozen.
This is my second order from BCLIVESPOTPRAWNS.COM. The first order was partially thawed, but not completely, so I gave them the the benefit of doubt and didn’t complain.
I reached out to the company and received a message back to put the fish in the freezer.
I also mentioned that the order was delivered in a non-refrigerated vehicle.
This company seriously needs to up its shipping standards. It is unacceptable to deliver frozen food that is thawed.

Comment on picking up ordered frozen seafood.
I have difficulty in picking up ordered frozen seafood at the store and end up having to follow to the Ladner wharf to pickup. Giving a time the store is opened and or giving option to pick up at the wharf would be better.

The prawns were packaged nicely in salt water. This would allow them to be kept for longer periods. And the delivery was made on time at our home.

Buying freshly-caught spot prawns couldn't be any easier. Book and pay for your order online. You will be notified via email of the date to pick up your order at the wharf.

This is my go to for fresh seafood. Staff are always responsive and care about me as a customer. That’s why I keep coming back and I tell my friends too!

will never order again
On the day of delivery, the staff told me they didn't have the products and they were out of fishing. then I didn't get an update for a week until I asked him again. I emailed them and tried to arrange a new delivery date but didnt get any response. Customer service is very bad. I will not recommend to buy in this shop.
