BC.GAME – MY EXPERIENCE & WHY I'M SPEAKING OUT
# BC.GAME – MY EXPERIENCE & WHY I'M SPEAKING OUT
My name is **Zachillon** (Username: **crash legend**, User ID: **102292668**).
I've played on BC.Game for around **7–8 months**. During that time I've wagered **£1.6–2 million+** and lost **over £40,000**. I spent **8–12 hours a day** on this platform, referred other players, trusted them, and genuinely believed they would treat customers fairly when something went wrong.
Instead, I feel like I've been ignored, passed around between VIP hosts, and left to fight for answers that should be simple.
## The biggest contradiction
BC.Game refunded me **£290** after acknowledging a cash-out failure where I clicked cash out but the game failed to process it.
Then they refused to pay **£1,441.75** for what I believe was the exact same type of failure.
**Bet ID:** 1866863594509622900 (02/06/2026)
If one cash-out failure deserves a refund, why doesn't another?
The only obvious difference is the amount involved.
Then, just a few days ago, it happened again.
* 1870443345473625457 (£40)
* 1870461681487509362 (£20)
* 1870473742502339441 (£17.76)
Every single time I clicked cash out. Every single time the game crashed. Every single time I received nothing.
I know what happened because I was the one playing.
## What I've asked for
I'm not asking anyone to simply take my word for it.
I've repeatedly asked BC.Game to provide evidence.
* Server logs for the three recent Bet IDs.
* The February 26–27 account data.
* Evidence supporting their claimed investigation of 72 bets.
* A technical explanation showing why these bets were denied.
Instead, I'm simply told they investigated.
But where is the evidence?
If an investigation really happened, where are the timestamps?
Where are the server logs?
Where is the breakdown for each Bet ID?
Where is the technical report?
Nothing has ever been provided.
## An impossible standard
BC.Game asked me for screen recordings proving the crashes.
Who screen records every single gambling session just in case something goes wrong?
Meanwhile, the one thing that would actually answer the question—their own server logs—remains hidden.
That isn't a fair process.
## My experience
* Account age: 7–8 months
* Wagered: £1.6–2M+
* Lost: £40,000+
* One refund: £290
* Multiple similar claims denied
* Three different VIP hosts during this dispute
* Daily reload: £1.96 despite my level of play
After everything I've spent on this platform, that's how I've been treated.
## Why I'm posting this
I'm not expecting people to automatically believe me.
I'm asking people to look at the facts.
Why refund one cash-out failure but deny another that appears identical?
Why say 72 bets were investigated but provide no evidence?
Why refuse repeated requests for server logs?
If BC.Game has evidence supporting its decision, then publish it.
If it doesn't, then the decision should be reconsidered.
## I'm not staying quiet
I've spent weeks trying to resolve this privately.
I've asked questions.
I've waited for explanations.
I've tried to work with support.
Instead, I feel like I've received generic responses, changing explanations, and repeated statements that the case is closed without the evidence I've requested.
That's why I'm now sharing my experience publicly through Casino Guru, AskGamblers, Trustpilot, Reddit, and other gambling communities.
I've already lost more than **£40,000**.
If sharing my experience helps even one person ask more questions before risking their own money, then it's worth posting.
