Excellent product offerings, order processing turnaround is rapid and the customer service is amazing

Before I start the review I wanted to make it clear that anyone that sees the comment about them being a scam Is FALSE, I am a real human from New York and I just received my shipment everything was perfect even down to the sales reps that helped me Ali and Sam that guided me through the buying process and answered my questions, PLEASE DO NOT HESITATE TO PURCHASE ONLINE.

I'm writing this review because I have ordered Vapes from everybody from the United States to Hong Kong I'm still waiting for a shipment of 100 it's been a month. I ordered from Sam today and I will have by Monday. The Price is Right the communication was right on time in a world of selection what more can you ask for I give them a five-star across-the-board.

Sam helped with every detail I needed thank you so much.

Wanted to first mention that this was my first attempt ordering from the site. Order a few boxes of Pastel Cartel Esco Bars. Upon checking out, I mistakenly opted to pay with a check rather than credit/debit card. Unsure what to do thinking that I may have to possibly go through the hassle of canceling my order and resubmitting the next day as it was near midnight where I am. Instead opted to "talk to an operator" using the chat feature and glad I did. I was connected with Sam who within less than a minute had the link to the credit card form for me to complete. Even after sending me the form, I did not realize he was still online in the background waiting for me to complete it and to see if I needed additional help. I'm glad he did wait around as I did not have all the information required. Sam ensured that he would take care of it for me and not less than a minute later, my order went through.

Thank you Sam, for literally going the extra mile. You saved me a load of frustration and by helping me, you also helped your company. Outstanding.

Complete Scam, all reviews on here are from Pakistan and all recent and all just basic reviews mostly. And of course all 5 stars. yet they’re supposedly based out of Texas. I asked legitimate questions about suspicious content and why they did not ask for license info and why they have been around for 10 years with 3 reviews on Google and all sorts of good questions and all of his answers were the site it new. People don’t make new sites after 10 years they improve the existing one. Don’t give these people any of your information!!!
