OUT $1500.00. STAY AWAY! Placed and order for a grill. They emailed said it was out of stock and would ship as soon as they get it. They kept the emails coming until the time to contest the charge on the payment card expired - then ZERO contact. No return emails or calls. How is this place even allowed to still make sales on the internet. Trust pilot need a .25 rating.

Like the rest of the people here, I wish I had read these reviews before placing an order with this company. I paid $1,000 for outdoor heaters. They said the heaters were in stock and would ship in a few days. That was last February. I managed to communicate with two people, once, and they promised me a refund. Then silence. Now the telephone has been disconnected and no one responds to emails. These people are sleazy. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Totally terrible
I placed an order for a grill cover on February 22. After a couple weeks with nothing happening, I used the online form to ask. I've since used the form a couple times to ask about the status and finally to ask for a refund if they can't provide at least the status, better the actual grill cover. I've also called three times, none of which resulted in an actual person to talk to, although I did leave a message so they could call me back. Nothing. Bad (zero) service, Bad (zero) customer service, Bad (zero) refund.
Wish I'd read the reviews
I was looking for some garden lights . I'd already bought two cheap sets from a local store but they'd run out of stock. So I searched the internet for the exact same, because of the area I was wanting to decorate with the lights . I found what I wanted on bbqgrills.com.
I got a confirmation email but it didn't state what if bought exactly.
I got a text from Royal mail saying they had my parcel. Great . Nope. It arrived and was a pair of fake D&G sunglasses.
Luckily I only spent just over £22 so not a lot lost but god's sake can no one trust any company anymore.

This company is a scam (0 stars). It took 4 months to get my money back, and only after getting the credit card company involved. Save yourself some grief and shop elsewhere.

DO NOT BUY!!!! Total scam. Took my money, never responded to emails or calls. Initiated a claim with my Visa and after several months, got it resolved. It’s been almost a year since I placed the order and have still gotten zero calls or emails from the company or received my refrigerator. Can’t believe this scam site hasn’t been shut down.

I put in my order November 30 2025 to purchase 4 bull bbq flame tamers as well as the drip pans. I was told that there would be a delay on the flame tamers as they were back ordered for a2-3 weeks. Didn’t think much of that the time until I followed up about 5-6 weeks later and heard back via email that they were still pushed out. I made several calls after this that never got returned. I sent an email to the CEO and while he says he wants feedback never heard a peep. That was very frustrating! This is the only time in my 60 plus years that I have failed to get a response from a CEO. After numuerous further attempts to contact customer service, I heard back in an email that I should expect delivery my mid February. Here we sit the first week in April and nothing has turned up. I finally have thrown in the towel after numerous calls, emails and hours of wasted time on a $200 plus purchase. I too have since turned to the credit card company to get my money back. It pains me to say this as I like to support family run businesses, but this business is one I will never order again from! I would tell anyone who’s considering purchasing from them. Don’t!!!!! Stay as far away as possible!

So I wrote a review a couple months ago. I finally had the CC company dispute completed in my favor obviously. They are a scam, they take your money, string you along and never refund your money, even when they insist that they will. I disputed the charge 2-3 weeks after I ordered then canceled after looking into them. I'm so glad I did. MY ADVICE: File a CC dispute immediately! Dont wait for anything . If you ordered from this scam place dispute immediately its the only way to get your money back.

If I could give less than one star I would. My order never arrived and once I requested a refund I was told it was being processed but also never received the refund. Buyer beware! This company is a scam! They will take your money and never respond to you.

I will be writing a letter to the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission. They should be held responsible for all the money they have stolen from people.

I ordered an ice maker on 12/11/2025 and it never came. I called and emailed dozens of times to no avail. I filed a complaint with VISA that finally seems to get their attention and they refunded me the money. DO NOT EVER buy anything from this sham company.

Do your review research about this company before ordering. You can't track your order can't reach anyone in customer service; you can't get a response from any sent emails regarding status of your order.

BBQGrills.com have fun with the AMEX Fraud Department ! You provided a false shipping number and carrier to me for items purchased 2 months ago. We have requested a refund and have received no response. Emails and phone calls go unanswered. My fault for not reading more reviews on the company, but I really hope they pull your credit card rights as they have horrible business practices. AMEX can be ruthless so good luck.
This outfit is a fraud
This outfit is a fraud. They advertise false prices and false bills of lading. They take you payment but the products never arrive even though they say they are on their way. I called every extension on their phone menu. After 50+ tries a human answered. I advised that I had not received what I ordered and the products were now over 30 days late. He said he would transfer me to the person who corrected it and then transferred me to a mailbox that was full. I never heard back from them. Once I notified my credit card company to cancel the sale, they sent me an email that said they never had the products to begin with. I wasted an enourmous amount of time, effort and emotion with this company. The nonsense on their website about being this loving family enterprise is not consistent with any aspect of how they do business. I STRONGLY recommend that you avoid them.
Never shipped my item, never refunded
Ordered a part of my BBQ grill in early February. They never shipped it and are not replying to my emails. I have been seeking a refund for the item that never shipped and they are not responding. I even received an email stating they do Not have the item and have no plans to get it and would refund, but that was a week ago and still nothing. This has been going on for over a month, I will never do business with them again.

RUN! RUN! RUN!!! If I could leave ZERO stars, I would! I can’t even say they have bad customer service because it would insinuate customer service actually exists! Purchased a Kamado Joe more than 2 weeks before Christmas, for our new home, due to their website guaranteeing delivery before Christmas. Never received an update or notice of any kind. Spoke with customer service one time, they blamed it on the manufacturer and said I would have it by Jan. 6. Still nothing. For the next two months I called and emailed over and over. ZERO response! Received an email March 8 telling me I would be receiving a refund due to their inability to fulfill the order. Not only do I still not have a grill, I also now have to spend $2000 instead of the 30% discount that multiple vendors were offering during the holidays! By the way, still haven;t seen my refund. They’ve had my money for THREE months! Again! RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN POSSIBLY RUN FROM THIS JOKE OF A “COMPANY”!!!!!!
Primo disaster
I ordered a Primo grill in Nov. 2025. Was not told there was a cast problem w/ Primo, but confirmed order would be sent in January 2026. It's March, no product and no response from customer support or sales dept. Either they are out of business or they are a scam. I am disputing the charge on CC for non-delivery of product and filing complaint w/ state of Cal. Stay away from this company, I don't think they are still in business!
