Fabulous service when we moved house managing 2 sales and 1 joint purchase. Not without issues that were nothing to do with BBH (management companies) but they were brilliant at keeping things moving and keeping us updated. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Ensured everything ran smoothly and kept me informed despite being not local. Additionally, this was a difficult time for moving on my own for the first time and legal proceedings were all new to me. This was patiently explained to me and Emma was understanding throughout.

We used BBH Legal Services for our remortgage, transfer of equity and new wills. What a pleasure it was to deal them. I am used to solicitors who are
too busy to return calls and answer emails and by contrast BBH, even though they are
always busy, seem able to plan and manage their work and communicate clearly such that
their clients always know what’s going on and any queries are dealt with promptly and
effectively. We had tight deadlines to meet which clashed with the Christmas and New
Year break, but everything fell into place perfectly. I would highly recommend both the
Conveyancing Team and the Wills and Probate Team.

I dislike the fact that I had to keep sending emails to get progress reports.
