I never received the article, it‘s been two months. I contacted Bazza, they never answered.

The refund has already been processed, but only after two months of silence and ignored emails. Frankly, asking me to open yet another ticket now is a waste of my time. Given the massive delay and the lack of communication, I would have expected a voucher or a gesture of goodwill as an apology, rather than more bureaucracy. Case closed for me.

Ersetzt mein Secrid
Ich hatte vorher seit Jahren ein Secrid, mit Metallhülle für die Karten. Die scharfen Kanten haben leider meine Hosentaschen zerstört, deshalb habe ich eine Alternative gesucht. Das Bazza fasst genauso viele Karten und sogar ein bisschen Bargeld. Ich hatte erwartet, dass es ganz schließt, die Seiten sind allerdings offen, mehr wie bei einem money clip. Fühlt sich aber trotzdem sicher und solide an in der Hosentasche. Dazu sieht es noch gut aus. Bin sehr zufrieden!

Ich habe meinen Bazza erhalten und finde ihn einfach toll. Leicht, chic, ohne Reissverschluss (die gehen immer zuerst kaputt bei Koffern), mit den praktischen Verschlußclips.
Kommunikation mit Bazza lief gut, meine Anfragen wurden immer zeitnah beantwortet. Ein Start-up, das man unterstützen sollte!

vielen Dank für Ihr ehrliches Feedback – wir verstehen Ihren Frust sehr gut. Dass Sie so lange auf Ihren Koffer warten mussten, tut uns aufrichtig leid.
Leider hatten wir über mehrere Monate hinweg erhebliche Produktionsprobleme: Zuerst war die Herstellung deutlich langsamer als erwartet, dann kam es zu einem größeren Maschinenschaden, der uns weit zurückgeworfen hat. Als junges Start-up, das alles lokal produziert, sind solche Herausforderungen manchmal schwer vollständig aufzufangen – auch wenn wir unser Bestes geben, um unsere Kund*innen nicht warten zu lassen.
Umso mehr freut es uns, dass der Koffer nun endlich bei Ihnen angekommen ist. Wir hoffen, dass Sie viel Freude damit haben – und wir versprechen, dass zukünftige Lieferungen wieder deutlich schneller laufen werden.

Ho mandato per ben tre volte la recensione a Bazza e l'ho anche confermata, ma non l'hanno mai pubblicata. La recensione è questa: "La valigia non si chiude. La valigia consiste in due gusci con uno scomparto costituito da un foglio trasparente agganciato ad essa con clips, che non reggono tensioni modeste. La chiusura dovrebbe essere a scatto, ma non fa click e di fatto rimane aperta. Tra i due gusci rimane sempre uno spazio perché essi non combaciano perfettamente, e dunque escono gli oggetti di piccole dimensioni ripostivi Il lucchetto, che ho acquistato anche, non risolve nessuno di questi problemi. Pur essendo molto leggera e maneggevole, la valigia non è utilizzabile perché di fatto non è possibile chiuderla in nessun modo. Sono sorpresa del fatto che nessuno rilevi questo aspetto fondamentale. Mi auguro che QUESTA VOLTA la recensione sia pubblicata"
