This company is a scam. I’ve been waiting for my order BZRC1305801 for a month, and it still hasn't been shipped. I paid them 275$ for my order but I don't receive anything be aware

I purchased a product from this store (BZRC1306350), but I never received an order confirmation email, any tracking information, or the product itself.
After paying, I received absolute silence. I had to contact them via Instagram, where they redirected me to a WhatsApp number, which then redirected me to a second WhatsApp number. When I finally reached them, they claimed my package would ship "this week." Since then, they have completely ignored me and stopped responding.
This is a classic scam technique to stall for time. DO NOT BUY ANYHTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE. I am reporting them and contacting my bank for a full chargeback.

Despite several attempts to talk to the customer service on whatsapp, instagram chat and email, I did not get my order yet, they have all sorts of excuses for all my clear inquiries regarding the status of my order.

I’ve ordered a gift for my mom from this website and it was a great experience, arrived a bit late but they truly were so helpful and sent a gesture gift 🎁

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE! I ordered something worth for 130€ + 22€ shipping fee. These things were ordered on 22 July, and on their website it says that it should take 2-6 days for things to arrive. It has been a month since. What is more frustrating is that I have been trying to contact them on their WhatsApp as well as sending emails, but they do not answer!!!

Same thing happened to me. I placed an order a month ago and still nothing. I haven’t received any response to my emails asking about the status of my order either.

I placed an order on July 17 and still have not received any updates regarding the shipment, despite contacting the team many times (via email, WhatsApp, Instagram). The order value is quite high, which according to the website qualifies for priority/express delivery! Pls arrange for the order to be shipped asap, otherwise, I will have to request a full refund

Update: the order was shipped, but not received due to import restrictions for food supplements in Europe. Please check before sending/ordering

Ordered product March 2026 but never received the item. Though an email glitch caused a miscommunication , the company resolved it instantly once notified. They made a mistake but fixed it instantly without any excuses.

Be careful, i paid my order three weeks ago, and never received the order . I tried to contact them through instagram and emails, but they are not responding.

SCAM WEBSITE - Placed an order 4 weeks ago before checking their legitimacy here (my mistake, will never do that again)

They took my payment and never shipped my items - that was over 4 weeks ago and they are not responding to my multiple follow up emails. Currently trying to get my money back via my bank.
