The case did not look like the pictures when it lit up.
The lights inside the case seemed misplaced or not seem to be working.
Plus the most disappointing part is that when the case was on my phone it would only light up for a few seconds before going out. The only way for the case to stay on was for me to take it off my phone and connect it that way, but that is dumb in of itself.

Finger weg!!! So schön wie die Handy Hüllen auch sind so schnell gehen die kaputt, nach keine 3 Wochen leuchtet die Hülle nicht mehr, manche Email Adressen existierten nicht, nicht mehr, von den anderen bekommt man keine Antwort, auf Tiktok kommt keine Reaktion... bei diese 'Firma" bestelle ich nie wieder

I love these cases they are durable, shock absorbent and the tempered glass back has protected from many a falls. Because the design of the back is wider than your phone it takes the brute of any drops before your phone does! However I have ordered 4 cases from this company over my last two phones. I started with led... and I was thoroughly disappointed with the amount of battery power it drains. My battery went from a full day to needing to be charged 3 times a day, eventually I just cut the plug off the case and used it normally.

My second issue with these cases is they sell tempered glass although the tempered glass does NOT fit well with a case on. Especially the led cases which are bulky. I say led because of my last and final complaint.

I then ordered the glow in the dark case and omg it was perfect. I got the design I wanted, I could find my phone easily in the dark. It was super light weight, it still protected my phone heaps, and it was 30$!!!!! Sold the phone for 200 in perfect condition it was amazing!! And my batterey was not drained. The up side I didn't have small remnants from the cut plug that could cut my hand. The complaint.... the company has de idea to go in a different direction and discontinued glow in the dark cases. The led cases cut your battery to a 3rd its normal time. They are not worth it. And when you cut the coard so you can use this amazing case without led it can be uncomfortable. And if you leave the card there it looks bag, feels bad and is annoying to deal with. Led cases look Kool but reduce your phones life especially ially now that batteries are build in and need to be opened with special tools to replace. If you want a case that will cost you to keep your phones life choose something else. Battery replacements cost almost 100 - 200 dollars now. Spend the 20 extra dollars and get the same case without the led.

Terrible and dangerous screen protectors. Also the contact us does not work.

I have been ordering from this business for the past year, the cases have prevented my phone many times from breaking. I always have people asking me where I got my case from since it’s unique and different. I actually had to replace my phone case recently, since I overused it plus it was time to get a new design. I had a issue with my most recent phone case ,but the customer service representative handled the situation on time and professionally. Exceptional service and exceptional business.

I purchased a case from them 1 week and a half ago and it arrived yesterday. Let me just say I love the case really good sleek quality. I have had no issues upon delivery and I just love how well packaged it came so protective. It threw me by surprise it was in a felt button bag . That right there tells me they take good care and want to make sure it gets to you undamaged. No I’m not a paid person writing reviews for company’s and no this place is not a scam stuff does happen when it delivers out of their control if it takes longer to get to your place it’s worth the wait 10/10 would recommend this. The cons tracking was Italian had to use the shop app which is fine but I get the tracking late and pricing is fair but for a blue collar worker a bit pricy I will be buying again but maybe once a month

I don't normally write reviews but I believe it is important that people know NOT to purchase from this website. I recently purchased a phone case and I expected it to come in about 15 or so days. During this time I'm utilizing the tracking app attached to my package and I notice that it was attempted to be delivered to me but it failed. I contacted USPS and it seems that during transfer from out of country they messed up my address and it got sent to some lost mail facility. I've been in contact with customer service (if you can even call it that) for weeks. All I receive are short bs answers and the runaround. After some time and doing what I could to get my package to me, it still has not arrived so I asked for a refund. Customer service begins to give me more of a runaround and says that "will get in contact with the carrier and be in touch soon" or my personal favorite "Give us back the item and we will issue you a refund". Please whatever you do, don't waste your time and money on them. I can't imagine how many people they have scammed out of their money and refuse to fork over the product. I was hesitant at first that I couldn't call them but now, after my experiences I can safely say do not waste your time. Customer service will NOT help you and you'll be lucky if you receive anything at all.

No customer service at all needed to change my delivery address have emailed them twice with no reply for almost 70$ in phone cases I would think they would at least email me back something ! Doubt I'll buy anything from here again why have a customer care email if you don't even reply

Leider habe ich keine vernünftige Reaktion vom Kundenservice erhalten. Meine Bestellung ist bei der Post verloren gegangen bzw wurde an IRGENDJEMANDEN zugestellt und der Händler soll sich nun dort melden damit das Paket gesucht werden kann.
Das einzige was der Händler antwortet ist: "das Paket wurde zugestellt" damit ist das ganze für ihn erledigt... Absolut schlechte Reaktion vom Kundenservice...

Terrible service. Package never arrived. They told me it’s up to me to chase it with the carrier but the tracking number they gave me does not exist.
Will never buy anything from them again.

My package never arrived unfortunately, tried to contact them through the website but it just says „couldn’t be sent“ or something like that, which is quite frustrating, since i was really looking forward to the cases.

I ordered 21 days ago and did not receive my order yet. It is written on the site that the specified period is 15 days as a maximum!
I sent to support but no answer
I sent a request for my money back
And they didn't answer me
I will never forgive them

Ich habe vor ca 2 Wochen eine der Hüllen bestellt. Zuerst war mein Eindruck hervorragend, das Design war cool und der Leuchteffekt auch.
Allerdings, ist mir nach dem ersten Abnehmen der Hülle ein Riss entstanden. Es war lediglich ein einfaches abnehmen, welches das Glas zum brechen brachte.
Im Laufe der vergangenen Woche hat nun auch das Leuchten aufgehört. Die Hülle ist natürlich weiter gesprungen und mittlerweile komplett unbrauchbar.
Auf Kontakt zum Support kamen ein paar scheinbar Computer generierte Email’s, mit dem Ergebnis, dass ich für 10$ (Neupreis waren 20$) eine „kostenlose Neue Hülle“ erhalten würde.
Fazit: Sieht schön aus, aber gibt nicht viel her.
Gebt euer Geld lieber bei anderen Hüllen aus.

Awful company. At checkout, it gives you an option to pay $8 for express shipping. I needed a new phone case asap, so I decided to upgrade my shipping. It shipped via economy shipping. I emailed them asking for my $8 back, and they claimed that they don’t even offer express shipping. uhhh, so why does my order confirmation say I paid $8 for express? I checked again, and they removed the express shipping option from their site. They asked for a crap ton of information that they probably didn’t need, and then claimed that the tracking number I provided wasn’t the correct one. I double checked, and it is the exact same one that they sent me. They’re giving me the run around after scamming me out of my $8. Don’t buy from them!

Asked for a change of delivery address, and got told it would be changed. I also asked again just to double check that it had been changed and they sent me an email that it had. My order was out for delivery yesterday and got delivered to the address that I asked to change from. I am utterly disappointed as I was told it would be sent to the right address and it hadn’t.

This website is a complete scam!!! They advertise nice looking photos and videos of the product, but the product itself looks completely different than on their site. Not to mention the fact that I contacted customer service, who took an entire WEEK to respond. Once they did, they offered me a refund if I paid for return shipping back to China. Fine. But after I took an extra day to inquire about the quality of the case, giving them the benefit of the doubt and asking if the case they sent me was perhaps an accident (trust me, it looked really bad) - their customer service agent told me they can no longer give me a refund because the case was shipped too long ago. Let me repeat, they took a WEEK to respond! Do not order from this website.

Ich muss sagen, die Hülle sind wirklich schön, der Preis ist akzeptabel, aber manche Hüllen waren schneller kaputt, als sie da waren, die Glas Seite fühlt sich gut an, sieht gut aus, geht aber sehr schnell schnell kaputt und zerkratzt sehr schnell, und wirklich viel Schutz geben die hüllen auch nicht.
Ich hatte den support angeschrieben, nach 3 Monaten eine Antwort bekommen, aber nur einen Rabattcode für die nächste Bestellung erhalten.

Boyfriend bought me the ponyo glow case for my iPhone XS. The front of the case does not fully cover the sides of the phone. I accidentally dropped my phone, and the back of the case is now cracked. I checked if my actual phone was okay, and noticed a large crack.
