This is my first time ordering through Bayte. I liked the selection of artisan made goods. When my items didn't ship for 2 weeks, I grew concerned. I reached out to Bayte and they immediately resolved the issue. They reached out to the studio and made sure my item was shipped.

I see the value of working with a marketplace that handles customer service and delivery instead of ordering directly from artisans that may not have the time to handle these things. Overall, very happy and look forward to my next purchase. :)

Simply a wonderful business to deal with. I ordered chairs and actually had some issues with them and had to return them but the communication and guidance was impeccable the entire way through. Cannot recommend these guys more highly.

We ordered a $60 Memobottle for our grandson. The order was received and shipped within 24 hours but arrived with a manufacturers defect. Bayte immediately offered a full rebate or a replacement product which is what we asked for. The replacement was packed and shipped as soon as it was available. Throughout this process, we were updated regularly and in person by Claude Zoghzoghi, co-founder of the company. These personal and very polite comms made a small problem into a great transaction. 100% pleased.

The item I ordered was on back order, I didn’t realize it at the time of purchase so it took a little long to receive, however, the customer service I received from Claude was phenomenal. Very responsive and attentive. I will shop here again. Thank you Claude!
