Well I previously ordered 2 hair clips that I measured with one that I had purchased before and they were too small. I wish that it was more accurate so I'm stuck with 2 small clips I can't use.

Bayside Brush Co. is a Miami-based online retailer specializing in premium hair care tools, brushes, combs, and professional accessories. We curate the finest names in the industry — including Kent, one of the world's oldest and most respected brush manufacturers with roots going back to 1777 — alongside Camila Paris, Giorgio, and other trusted professional brands. Our collection covers everything from handcrafted boar bristle brushes and detangling brushes to wide-tooth combs, fine-tooth combs, pocket combs, and a full range of professional hair clips and styling accessories. Whether you're a licensed cosmetologist, a barber, or someone who simply wants salon-quality tools at home, we carry the right product for your needs. We believe great hair starts with great tools. Every item in our store is selected for quality, durability, and performance — we don't carry products we wouldn't use ourselves. Our goal is to make professional-grade hair care accessible to everyone, whether you're outfitting a salon chair or just upgrading your daily routine. We serve customers across the United States and Canada, offering fast and reliable shipping on every order. Our team is here to help you find the right brush, comb, or accessory for your hair type — whether that's a natural boar bristle brush for fine or color-treated hair, a nylon bristle brush for thicker or curly textures, or a precision comb for detailed finishing work. Shop with confidence: we stand behind every product we sell and are committed to making your experience smooth from the moment you browse to the moment your order arrives at your door.

I only speak of praise for the Bayside…
I only speak of praise for the Bayside Brush Company. For over some twenty years, Bayside Brush has not only faithfully delivered accessories that are of the highest quality, but have given me sound advice in the items use and given me options if it would not suit my needs. Furthermore, customer service at Bayside Brush over the years has proven to be superior to other accessory companies I have bought from. I must say that Diana Tovar with her professionalism, congeniality, and knowledge of the product line had made me a firm believer that I was truly working with the best. She has that ability to bound with a customer and answers questions honestly regardless of how trivial they may be. I only have praises for what she does. I am sure those responsibilities she has are far from being easy. I will always respect her for who she is. If the truth be known, I would work for this company because I would belong to the best there is. I say that with conviction.
I want to deeply thank you for just being there.

Customer Service A+
My rating is a reflection of my most recent customer service experience.
I lost my receipt and only had an order number and screen shots of my return shipped back to Bayside. I was fully refunded for my return regardless.
Thank you Bayside 😊
