Joe sorted me out…
Joe sorted me out with a 2nd hand Corsa, really pleased with the car and service I recieved. The only downside was point of contact. I was seen by staff looking at cars yet nobody approached to ask if I needed help. Would have been nice if someone had just said hello.

After Sales Service Very Bad
The sales process for getting the car was intense. I was contacted very regularly and sales man followed up every week.
However, once I got the car and called/emailed to complain about problems with the tyres, windscreen wiper and a noise coming from the engine, 3 months later, I haven't heard back from this company.
And I paid an extended warranty, to cover issues like these.
I'm very disappointed and won't buy any future cars from them.

Just had a fantastic experience with James and Louis at the Baylis Stroud car dealership during the viewing and purchase of an MG4 EV. Just taken delivery of a Swift from Baylis Hereford . Sim was our sales consultant, and he could not have been more helpful. No hard sell, just good service - and he was genuinely happy to help us and answer our questions. The whole process was easy - they delivered the car within four days, the drivers who delivered it were also fantastic, and made sure to show me All of the features and made sure that I understood the different features was happy with everything . Great service, and really nice after sales too :)
