Bayfinch Holidays Anmeldelser

Although I didn't go with bayfinch travel as its a group tour im looking for.... Paul was very helpful with prompt replies and polite. WhatsApp is a good way of communicating. Great service

We said what we wanted and was sent a package the same day which was spot on

I saw a great deal to Bali on FaceBook from Bayfinch. It was for 14 nights, but I wanted 23 nights and specific locations including a private pool villa in Ubud. Jessica prepared me the perfect itinerary at a great price and flights. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jessica at Bayfinch.

Five star service and would highly recommend Bayfinch.
I enquired about a holiday to Asia with Jessica who was very professional and lovely from start to finish, even when I kept changing the dates due to other commitments . I was never rushed or pushed and every detail was explained to me through the whole process. Thank you Jessica. You're a credit to your profession.

Richard was very helpful and patient and answered all my questions fully. He even helped add an extra person to the booking and still get us a good deal. The booking process was straightforward and I am happy with all the information that Richard provided.

Extremely knowledgeable person, Greg!! Very friendly and attentive,

Richard was so very helpful in planning my trip to Japan - he was also very patient and polite in answering all the questions i had 😀

Jessica helped us organise a trip to Japan. I asked multiple questions and had very specific dates/ requests but nothing was too much trouble. Jessica was prompt and knowledgeable. She made the process enjoyable and it was great to get the trip booked. Above and beyond - the service i received stood out against other companies pricing the same holiday... so professional, efficient and excellent communication! I would highly recommend.

I’ve been dealing with Greg;
Friendly, approachable, listens to your wants and needs, gives options in an easy to follow format. Follows up but not overly pushy.

The agent “Damien” was fantastic, very helping, very knowledgeable, very quick to reply and overall an asset to his company,and made the whole booking process so easy and straightforward ,with this I wouldn’t hesitate to come back for our future holidays, a+++

Arranged a holiday through Greg, who was very helpful and patient with our many requests. Will certainly use again!
