Damian was extremely patient and told us all we needed to know
Thank you

What a great company to deal with ,,, Jessica has been amazing with all her help for our trip to BALI November 2027,

We had several ideas on where we’d like to go, and both Paul and Mark were so helpful, even through all the back and forth. Very quick to answer questions and come back with alternative suggestions.
We would highly recommend Bayfinch Holidays and their fantastic team.

I had the best experience from start to finish
Jessica was amazing helping myself and husband find our dream holiday
Nothing was to much for her even tho I was back forward with txts about hotels ect and I was apologising as we would get it all set up then change our minds
I would highly recommend this company and most off all Jessica .

Jessica certainly knows what’s she is doing and nothing is to much for her she will bend over backward to make her customers happy . So thank you Jessica for putting together our trip for next year

Greg kept me informed of the hotels etc for Thailand which I asked about. Although not booked yet but very helpful.still considering the options but came up with a good selection.

Bayfinch has been fantastic, we have booked Thailand through them and Greg also went over and above searching for everything needed for Florida, nothing was a bother and I bothered him 😅
Great job Greg i appreciated everything you did, very grateful!
I would highly recommend Bayfinch and use them again in the future! 🥰

Had a really easy and stress free experience booking with bayfinch for my holiday to Thailand, Indonesia and Bali.
Gregg was really helpful, got back to me quickly and was able to tailor everything exactly as I wanted.

Booked an holiday with Bayfinch last year and I had an incredible time. Decided to book another one this year and for reasons beyond my control, I’ve had to make lots of adjustments with the bookings and worried at a point that I could lose the whole package. However, Greg was incredibly patient, understanding, provided information in a timely manner and was able to process my rather unique requests. I would like to say thank you to you guys and most especially Greg for providing an excellent service!

Dylan was very Professional throughout our discussions and went that extra mile in developing a 'tailor-made' and cost-effective Holiday Package to suit my needs.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this Company to others seeking a good Holiday experience

I reached out to Bayfinch holidays about a possible trip . Dylan was very prompt with his reply and very in depth with his his research . Unfortunately I’m not sure if at this moment in time if we will be able to do the trip due to other circumstances. But Dylan was very helpful and not too pushy !

I honestly can't recommend this company highly enough. From the very beginning, every member of the team has been professional, friendly, patient, and genuinely committed to making sure everything was perfect. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and they've always responded quickly to any questions or requests.
Richard, in particular, has been absolutely outstanding. He has gone above and beyond at every stage, taking the time to help, explain everything clearly, and make sure every detail of our holiday was taken care of. His customer service has been exceptional, and it's obvious he genuinely cares about his customers and wants them to have the best possible experience.
