Just got my laptop back from having thermal paste renewed on cpu and graphics - great job phoned me before doing job to discuss and turnaround great.
Would highly recommend

Matthew came before time, he is always punctual.
Efficient and knew immediately about the problem I was experiencing with a certain website.
He soon sorted out the problem as usual.
He is very conscientious and polite and explains things to you.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
And very fair priced.

Laptop was in a mess and I couldn't get the printer to work. I was desperate. I had contacted Bay Tech on a previous occasion and Matthew had got me out of trouble. This time was worse Laptop was very ill and needed a lot of help. Printer needed replacing. Bay Tech to the rescue. I am very happy with my new printer and a rejuvenated laptop. Matthew is reliable and very helpful. He's a real lifesaver....

Matt at Bay Tech set up my new Nokia mobile Android smart-phone (I'm a first-time user) and tutored me on how to get the best out of it. He explained everything clearly and efficiently, providing friendly expert help at a reasonable price. I can't imagine getting better service.
