The shaver head is much too big. It seems the only blade doing any cutting is the large one in the middle and the others don't pivot enough. It's basically a flat shaver meant for round heads. It takes a long time going over the area over and over before it seems to be doing any shaving. My Phillips Norelco shaver with only four heads does a much better job

Arrived promptly worked good for about a month and a half,then battery quit charging properly and wouldnt hold a charge.when I did get it to charge it would last about 10-15 seconds and die and show zero on the charge display.customer service is a joke ,tried calling several times rings a couple times then makes a noise like a fax machine is,emailed and so far no response. Crappy customer service and a crappy product at this point I wouldnt buy it if I were you!!!!!

It shaved my head great except the second I tried to switch out attachments the only broke. Now I can’t use the head shaver.

Product stopped working and making weird noise after 5 months. Reached out to customer service and described the issue while showing a video. They didn't help. They said it wasn't a problem and was normal. It's not normal. The shaver doesn't cut well and is causing irritation. Customer service is a joke and poor. Not sure good product. Shipping takes forever coming from China.

To be fair product cutting wise is good, however the centre cutter keeps falling out.

I have been waiting over a month for the product to arrive, and every email correspondence is an excuse, and I am told to wait 24-48 hours for an answer to my concern.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I am going to file a dispute with my cc company tomorrow.

When I originally ordered it arrived broken and it took a while for customer service to respond.
They did get back to me and sent me a replacement for the broken head. Their customer service was very apologetic and gave me multiple updates on the replacement transaction.

At this point, I have used the product once and it seems to work pretty well.
I have read another reviews that the battery tends to die pretty quickly so I will continue to assess and update this review as needed

I ordered the product on December 20th, paid for expidited shipping, I have emailed the company 3 times, I get the same response- we will contact you within 24-48 hours, we are still going through our cue, no one has reached out to me at all. I am very disappointed. Will never use this company again.

Not worth the money. Shave is fairly quick but need to finish with a razor as this machine leaves a stubble. Heads are fixed so no flex, makes more work. Poor quality as the motor is a real cheap Donkey!

Ordered November 13, delivered 25 November 2025, the box was severely damaged, the razor head has also been damaged.

Tried emailing with photos of damage to bawldyXbawldy.com (review won’t let me put their email address but it’s @ instead of X), came back with Address not found.

Sent a message using their website contact form. Waiting for a reply, reputable companies would get straight to it.

Tried calling 001 832 589 0734, just a beep

So, I intend to raise a card dispute with Visa if I’m not contacted after 24hrs by this company.

So, to everyone else, this is my experience so far, if you can’t email them using your email provider or call them using your telephone, “SOMETHING NOT QUITE RIGHT HERE”

I have not been contacted by this merchant. I have contacted visa to raise a card payment dispute.

VISA have reimbursed £62.00 while they try to contact the merchant’s bank.

Visa have confirmed today the reimbursement will stay in my account and the matter is now closed.

I’m only giving them 1 star bc I have to, if I could give zero I would! Tried tracking my package and got a message that no tracking information is available because the package was sent with counterfeit postage. I tried calling all it does is beep once. I tried email with no response in 2 days. I also tried the contact form on website, nothing! I’ve reported to Federal Trade Commission and put a dispute in n with my credit card company. DO NOT BUY!!!!! There are plenty on Amazon for 1/2 the price!

Horrible horrible horrible! DO NOT PURCHASE! They do not email you back and the phone number just leaves a beep. Still have not received. Says it’s in Texas but learned it is actually over seas.

Ordered Bawldy razor and received. Took long time to ship from overseas. Was not impressed so asked for refund. Sent me one email and never heard from again. Replied to there email and says the email isn't valid. Called number in Texas. Just beeps like answering machine. Now stuck with a razor that I don't like and paid $100.

The middle blade fell out the first day feels like it’s cheaply made. It’s very light and plastic feel . I emailed them and still no response. It’s been about five days.

After trying a number of different head shavers over the years we decided to give BAWLDY a try. At the time the website was having some issues with the option we were after which we infomed the customer service team (Rachel) about, she then ensured that she will send out the saver head that we actually required FREE of charge, which was a very kind gesture.
The shaver itself has been impressive with 9 heads and no issues to date. We had a lot of freebies included on the order as part of a promotion which was great.
This company, service and product has been 5 star and I cannot fault them.

Not sure what's with all the negative reviews. I tried an electric shaver forever ago and it would leave bumps.
I decided to try the Bawldy and I've been nothing but happy with it. Cuts close and evenly. No issues here. If anything changes, I will update.

Rubbish. Do not.

I was really disappointed with my recent purchase from Balwdy. After only a couple of uses, the shaver head started popping out during use, which makes it completely unusable. For a product at this price point, I expected much better quality and durability.

What makes this even more frustrating is that the first couple of uses were excellent – so it seemed promising at first. Unfortunately, the early failure has left me with a faulty product and a poor experience overall.

To make matters worse, I’ve now sent two emails to Balwdy and never heard anything back, which was disappointing too. For a brand in this price range, the lack of customer support is just as frustrating as the product fault.

Hopefully, Balwdy takes this feedback on board and improves both the reliability of their products and the responsiveness of their customer service.
