Poor service and to top it off I witnessed a blonde employee drinking smirnoff tinnies at the drivers seat in her car shortly after closing on tuesday. Will be reporting.

The pharmacist was extremely helpful, easy to talk to and informative.

I booked an online travel vaccination which was very easy to do. I thought the cost was reasonably priced and the service was very friendly. Would definitely recommend.

It was easy to book an appointment online and the actual procedure was quick and painless although the relief was amazing. Pharmacist was very good explaining what would happen and it was over in minutes.

Since the new management took over, the standards at this pharmacy have declined significantly. In my experience, the environment has become unprofessional, with poor customer service, rude staff, and a lack of cleanliness.

I have also been concerned about medication errors and other practices that have affected my confidence in the pharmacy’s commitment to patient safety.

Most concerning of all, I have seen what I believe to be inappropriate use of social media, including patients being identified on Facebook. If accurate, this raises serious concerns about patient confidentiality and professionalism.

Overall, I no longer trust this pharmacy and would not recommend it. I hope these issues are investigated and addressed as a matter of urgency.

Attended the Pharmacy to have skin tag removed.
I was put at ease and treatment fully explained by Pharmacist before removal which was very quick and painless. I was able to easily book an appointment on line for a time suitable for me. This is a great help as treatment not available with NHS

Quick, efficient and friendly service. Pharmacist explained everything and answered all my questions. Would highly recommend this pharmacy for the Cryotherapy procedure.

Took my daughter for a travel vaccine. Making the appointment over the phone was quick and easy- we got taken quite quickly and the pharmacist was very friendly, great customer service. Good aftercare information given all in all a fab service

Super service from start to finish. Excellent communication via text and email pre appointment. A reassuring and confident pharmacist, who explained the process clearly, on arrival.
Despite the process being a painful one for my son (understandably, and which we knew it would be, in advance), the pharmacist was excellent! He exuded calm at all times, which helped enormously and was dedicated to carrying out the treatment as needed. Great aftercare advice also, where we were shown photos of what the area could look like over the coming weeks.

First class friendly service from Amy at Battlefield Pharmacy. She dealt with my facial "milk spots " (Milia) and things are looking better already.
