Excellent service to my vehicle with a dead battery. Brendan went out of his way to help, was there within half an hour, had to return to store and come back again all super fast and efficient. Pleasant manner and nothing was a problem! Thank you! Would highly recommend if you have any problems.

Went for the first time to Battery World in Pakenham. The customer service and advise that Steve provided was the best I've ever experienced. He even attached the wiring from my solar panel for me. Thank you. Highly recommend going there.

I feel Battery World provides excellent customer Service but pricing is drifting up and I find comparable products within your competitors that are cheaper. Battery world was very competitive before but seems to be drifting away from that.

The response to my SOS for a new car battery was prompt, and handled in a courteous & professional manner.

The guys at Cardiff battery world were just wonderful, they did an amazing job especially after the day before I went to another battery shop that is closer to where I live and it was one of the most painful experiences. These guys where worth the extra drive
