Bought a lithium iron battery for mobility scooter, price over half original, thought it was too good to be true,but it arrived and is perfect,top marks to them!

Bad product, Bad service - The "new" Panasonic rechargeable battery I bought would not hold a charge and they would not replace it. I imagine they are selling the test rejects of the true Panasonic battery manufacturing.

They shipped my item with postage due, so I had to pay postage to get the product. Shipping took forever and I needed the product or else I would have refused it and returned it. Scam!

I ordered and paid for 2 cell phone batteries. After almost a month of waiting, no information. No tracking numbers received. Their customer service email does not exist, impossible to contact them. Run away ! It's just a scam !

I have not received the battery yet, but, to be fair, they did say 20 -45 business days and it has just barely been 20 business days.

Die Ware ist nicht angekommen und eine E-Mail an den Lieferanten kam zurück mit der Meldung, die E-Mail Adresse existiere nicht mehr.
The Product never arrived and our solicitation by E-Mail to the supplier returned with error message, that the E-Mail address does not exist anymore.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! They sell defective products. I purchased a cell phone battery from them. Within 2 months the battery swelled up and overheated. I've tried to contact them 3 times via email and Facebook for a refund or a replacement battery. They do not reply. They do not deserve a single star rating.

They are total rip off’s, claimed they shipped and offered up a bogus tracking number which was never seen by anyone and then blamed it on Chinese new year. I had to file a dispute with PayPal and we back charged it against them !!

The delivery took a very long time, and got lost at the delivery point so I had to go four times before finally getting my package.
The battery itself is the right model but made in mirror image of the real model, so the connector cable can't reach its socket inside the cellphone. Had to improvise and bend it in a dangerous way to make it work.
Now that it's connected, It works fine and gives me a long use between charges.

Servicio pésimo. Muy malo. Desde julio hice una compra y aún está en "Proceso" y eso es que pague a través de PayPal. No Recomendaría nunca más este servicio
