I placed an order for a full bathroom suite and had to get a refund on the initial order because they told me after taking payment that items were not in stock. I reordered again, only to be told yet again that the items I wanted weren’t available, so I had to change my order a second time.

Delivery information was constantly wrong. I was given delivery dates that were changed repeatedly,

When the shower finally turned up, it was broken. I sent emails, photos and videos straight away and was told a replacement would be sent out. It never was. They kept telling me it was being dispatched, but nothing ever arrived.

There is no customer service phone number, only email, and the people replying clearly has no idea what they’re doing.

Messages were ignored and I was left chasing them constantly.

I’ve had to reorder, refund, change items, deal with broken products, pay extra delivery charges with another company, and waste time because of their incompetence and complete lack of communication.

Just do not bother

Awful company. Appalling customer service. Unreliable.
I placed a large order on the basis of delivery within a few days.
Received all items except bath and was emailed with a delay to delivery of bath. Was assured I would receive bath a few days later and then another email with a delay. This went on for 6 weeks on a weekly basis being told I would receive it shortly.Could not delay my bathroom fitter any longer and asked for a refund. Wanted to speak to someone in person as I wanted a refund for delivery charge as well but the only tel no on their website went through to the warehouse and they told me they do not have a customer service contact number and I would have to email. So I emailed expressing I would like a refund for bath and delivery charge, that they had not fulfilled my order and I would be losing out as I’d have to pay another delivery charge with another company for a bath.
I would not of placed an order with them if I had of known they could not honour their delivery window.so I have ordered another bath and paid another delivery charge but received bath within two days . I received a refund for bath, but did not receive a refund for delivery charge. They did not respond to my request for it. So I sent another message asking if they could refund it and to date have received no response. They have completely ignored me. So I have spent more money than I had budgeted due to their incompetence and ignorance. Very disappointed.

Avoid. Terrible customer service.

This is the third time we have used them - I don't often ever write reviews but I have never experienced customer service and professionalism of this standard - nothing was to much effort- quality product and a very very respectable price - thank you for the prompt delivery and for helping us when we got stuck - if only all companies did the same

Excellent company! I’ve ordered from them before and once again they’ve been fantastic. The delivery was incredibly fast, the bathroom products were excellent quality, and everything arrived exactly as described and well packaged. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and will definitely be ordering from them again in the future!

I have been using this company for a number of years now and I can't fault them at all, they are very reasonably priced and the quality of the goods and service is absolutely fantastic, I will not use any other company

20/05/2026 Item arrives, damaged, bent and twisted. Reported straight away and LUKE (useless waste of time) requests photo evidence. He then offers me a partial refund to keep broken item😂😂. I repack item to be “collected” and insist I want full refund. I’m then asked for email address to sort out item return, and get sent a printable DPD label. Every shop I go to then tells me that will never work because of the parcel size!!! Phone company and inform them of issues and they hint of collection AGAIN!!!
21/05/2026 Offered £70 refund to keep broken item😂😂 or they will come and “collect” next day. Tell them to collect item, and are now offered a replacement item when they collect the broken one. LUKE’S persistent!!!! I refuse AGAIN and ask him to collect and full refund. Now I’m offered a parcelforce label and to sort out the return myself. Insist AGAIN that I want full refund and collection.
26/05/2026 Nearly a week later, no communication from company and my calls are just ringing out all the time (screened). Then out of the blue they answer a call and a new person CHARLIE (Luke’s equal!!!). Tell her what’s been going on and she goes to sort issue with her manager. She comes back to me and asks when they can come to COLLECT!!! and I give them two dates. I get no response and at this point they go totally dark and there’s no more communication.
They now have all my money for the item and I have something, that I believe left there place broken. The box had no damage and the polystyrene inserts were all in place.
28/05/2026 I request PayPal to step in (look at my review on their help!!!) and they tell me I must return the item at my cost!!! That cost I will never get back from these crooks or from paypal, so this is why I had to write this review!!!!
Please, before you purchase anything from this bunch of unhelpful, money grabbing scum, read all the reviews on what happens as soon as you encounter an issue!!!!!! I have kept every email and if they want to challenge anything I’ve written they can CONTACT me, I will definitely respond. Remember the names, LUKE and CHARLIE, the customer service that every consumer doesn’t DESERVE!!!

Shocking I have sent numerous emails but no response. Staff have given false information and then when questioned it was all denied. The onelybreoly was that I need to read the policy.

Great service from Charlie and the team who turned around what could have been a problematic situation. The bath I ordered was not in stock so I had to order it from another supplier. But rather than the rest of the items being delayed, they were delivered earlier than anticipated. I would buy again from them.

This was our first order with Bath Supermarket, with a total value of just over £2,000 for a full bathroom kit drop.

Some items have arrived as expected, however several key components were missing and are now due to be delivered separately, which in itself is understandable.

The main issue is that a 300 drawer unit we ordered was substituted with a 300 door unit without any prior communication or approval. We were not contacted before dispatch, and only became aware of the substitution when the delivery arrived.

This is particularly frustrating as the drawer unit was showing as in stock on the website at the time of order, and still appears to be in stock now.

Unfortunately the substituted unit doesn’t work for the installation, as the drawer units are required to match either side of the basin unit, so this has caused delays and additional coordination on site.

Communication since raising this has been very matter-of-fact, explaining what was done and why, rather than discussing options beforehand or working through a resolution collaboratively.

Stock issues do happen and we’re reasonable about that, but with an order of this size it would have been far better to confirm before shipping an alternative item that wasn’t ordered.

At the time of writing we’re waiting to see how this is resolved and will update the review accordingly.
