Very happy with the service received. I called the office to confirm order before purchasing and they were very helpful.
Only issue, despite delivery was quick was the panels were in the delivery lorry standing upright and unprotected, although you could see if the panels were chipped, which thankfully they wasn’t.

We unfortunately had to return an item and Bathandmore were very helpful and dealt with the matter in a timely manner-well done.

When I phoned them for help with a purchase I had ordered, they were always helpful. I was having new bathroom fitted and I needed help with wall panels etc. ,work still in progress, but happy with my purchase.

Great selection, prompt reply to enquiries, didn't track my product though so took several weeks to get it from their suppliers. Once they chased it, here very quickly.

Great product fabulous delivery

With some trepidation, I Ordered a bathroom cabinet, mirrors, led lighting etc, a potentially fragile thing from Bath and more.. A reasonable price and postage was great compared to some.
The cabinet came exactly as advised, which was a relief as I had the builders in sorting my new bathroom.
I was petrified that the cabinet might suffer damage in transit, but when I looked at how it was packaged when it arrived, I didn't even get it out of the box to inspect it, the packaging was that good!!
My first visit to Bath and more was a great one, everything on time, superb packaging, good competitive price, very fair delivery cost... what's not to like...
