Batflipshop does it again!
Batflipshop does it again!
More kudos to my new friend from California - Steve. When Steve was having difficulties getting my helmet from the manufacturer, he took it upon himself to send me a different helmet in the meantime to protect my melon. Then, the helmet I was waiting for magically turned into a new bat, thanks to the generosity of Steve. I can't tell you how great it is to receive such excellent customer service. Keep up the good work! I'm referring everyone I know to batflipshop.com.

Great customer service!
My son was looking for a specific bat, which nobody - even the manufacturer - had in stock. Well, the batflipshop didn’t have it in stock either - but they did contact me directly and helped select a great - even better - replacement. Shipping was fast, customer service is excellent. My kid is happy. I am happy. Do not hesitate to shop with this merchant. We will be back. Thanks Steven for your help!

I was happy to spend my money on a small family operation rather than a large corporation. Had a little issue in the beginning with shipping but the Bat Flip team was in constant contact and never made me feel like there was anything to worry about.

Thanks Chuck! We appreciate the support of the Little guy! Even though we want to continue to grow Our Business we will NEVER lose that small Family operation feel..
Shipping is and has continued to be a challenging issue during this pandemic situation. We will continue to do what we can from our end by communicating what we know to our customers to calm their nerves waiting for their package. Unfortunately we have minimal control over the delivery services once it leaves one of the warehouses.
We appreciate you and all our loyal customers ! Swing Away!!
