Experience was really good now that the treatment is over after 9 months.
I wasn't expecting such results to be honest.. I was skeptical at first but things started showing after a while..
The aligners themselves are a bit too much to handle in terms of commitment, other than that, it was great!
Customer service were always there to answer any questions I have in mind.
Their medical partner in Riyadh - horizon clinic - were very professional and dealt with my teath delicately.
When you book the consultation call, be prepared and ask the right kind of questions so that your results are as you are expecting.
Definitely recommended!

Don’t trust them.
Don’t trust them.. they’ll just waste your time and money. Literally wasted a year and so much money on their product but it didn’t work.it really does nothing at all. All the dentists I visited told me that this is a fake product and in fact does not work. They were unhelpful when I reached out and wanted more money. Don’t trust them. @basma the only way you can help me is give me my money back.

I am extremely disappointed
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Basma and would not recommend them.
The treatment itself was only part of the journey. Once the aligners were delivered, getting answers or support became incredibly difficult. Whenever I had concerns or needed assistance, I felt ignored, and my issues were never properly resolved.
The clinic Basma referred me to (Pulse Polyclinic, Kuwait) was also very unprofessional. For one appointment, I was booked for 6:30 PM, yet beforehand I received a message telling me to hurry because the doctor was leaving at 6:30 PM. When I arrived, I felt like the doctor was rushing to finish my appointment as quickly as possible, rather than giving me the time and care I deserved. It left a very negative impression.
A few weeks later, I had another appointment. I took a day off work specifically for it, only for the doctor to cancel the appointment the day before. It showed a complete lack of respect for my time and schedule.
Overall, the lack of communication, poor customer service, and unprofessional handling of appointments have made this a very frustrating experience. I expected much better from a company that advertises professional orthodontic care. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Basma based on my experience.

At Basma, we believe the treatment journey doesn't end once the aligners are delivered. Ongoing support is an essential part of our care, and in your case, our team continued following up with you before removing your attachments to ensure you were satisfied with your results.
We understand that you later experienced a fitting issue with your retainers. While this can occasionally happen, our standard process is to arrange new scans as soon as possible and provide replacement retainers to ensure a proper fit.
We're also sincerely sorry about your experience with one of our partner clinics. We completely understand how disappointing it must have been to feel rushed during your appointment and then take time off work only to have your next appointment cancelled. This is not the level of care we expect from our partner clinics, and we will be raising your feedback with the clinic management to help prevent this from happening again.
We are committed to resolving this for you. Our team will work with you to arrange a new appointment as soon as possible so your replacement retainers can be prepared and you can continue your retention journey comfortably.

Unsatisfied with the service
I rarely leave negative reviews, but after my experience with Basma Dental, I feel it’s important to share it so others can make an informed decision.I started my clear aligner treatment after being told it would take approximately 9 months. Unfortunately, more than 2 years later, I was still wearing aligners, which is far beyond the treatment timeline I was originally given.
The most disappointing part is that my teeth are still not properly aligned, yet I was informed that these were my “final results.” I cannot accept that as a successful outcome, considering the amount of time, money, and commitment I invested in this treatment.
Throughout the process, I experienced poor communication and a lack of follow up. Whenever I raised concerns, I often had to chase updates myself. Most recently, I was asked to come in for another scan after expressing my dissatisfaction, but I received no feedback for weeks until I followed up again. This left me feeling ignored and undervalued as a patient. What makes this even more disappointing is that I genuinely trusted Basma Dental. I recommended the clinic to several of my colleagues, and some even visited for consultations and scans based on my recommendation. Looking back, I regret doing so because my own experience has been far from satisfactory.
As a patient, you expect honesty, professionalism, clear communication, and most importantly, results that reflect what was promised. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet those expectations.
I hope the clinic takes patient concerns more seriously in the future and improves both its communication and quality of care. Sadly, based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend Basma Dental.

We completely understand that your initial treatment was estimated to take around 9 months, and we recognize that, from your perspective, the overall journey felt much longer than expected. We'd like to clarify that, as with all orthodontic treatments, the initial aligners are considered Phase 1 of treatment. In many cases, additional refinement aligners are a normal and expected part of the process to achieve the planned final result.
In your case, after completing your initial treatment, our medical team determined that a few additional refinement aligners were needed to reach the smile planned in your approved 3D treatment simulation. Once those refinement steps were completed, you still had concerns regarding the alignment of your lower canine. Following a thorough clinical assessment, our orthodontic team confirmed that the achieved result matched the approved 3D treatment simulation and that the concern you were noticing was related to the natural leveling and anatomy of the tooth rather than a remaining alignment issue.
However, because your satisfaction was important to us, we didn't stop there. We arranged new scans and carefully reassessed your case to determine whether any additional movements could further improve the result. Following your latest scans, additional time was needed because your case was being thoroughly reviewed by our medical team to evaluate whether any further movements could realistically improve the outcome. We understand that waiting for this update may have made you feel ignored or undervalued, and we're truly sorry that this was your experience.
After comparing your latest scans with your original 3D treatment simulation, our medical team confirmed that the achieved result matched the treatment plan that had been presented and approved before your treatment began.
We understand that you've received different opinions from other dentists. Orthodontic treatment planning can vary between practitioners, and each clinician may recommend a different approach based on their own clinical judgment. From the beginning, we have always been transparent about the results that could realistically be achieved with your treatment plan and its clinical limitations.
We're also sorry that you felt our communication did not meet your expectations. While there were times when updates took longer because we were consulting internally with our medical team and carefully evaluating your concerns before providing a recommendation, our goal was always to ensure that the information shared with you was accurate and in your best interest.
We genuinely wish your experience had left you feeling more satisfied. Please know that our commitment to our patients extends beyond the completion of their aligner treatment, and our team remains available to support you and discuss the next option we recommend to address your remaining concern.
