I joined in the mystery box venture because I love a surprise. When it came I was more than surprised but thrilled to bits. As always the quality of the products were the best. It was packed beautifully and posted super fast. This service is standard for Barnyarns, they always go the extra mile. I cannot fault a thing. You get the best from them every time.

First rate company that really know how to look after it's customers. Very trustworthy and top quality merchandise.

The Mystery Box contained items that I will use with my new embroidery unit. The Madeira angled scissors were something I had been looking at buying. As usual the delivery was on time and the notification is excellent.

Ordered on Thursday and arrived on Saturday. Ordered the surprise boxes and very pleased with contents. This was fifth order in the last year and I've been very happy with the service and quality.

Absolutely first-rate. Service technician Ben was very helpful indeed. I have no hesitation in patronising Barnyarns in the future, and fully intend to do so.

Terrible. Ordered on the 15th July- so 8 working days now- still not dispatched. Tried to contact them MULTIPLE times. No response at all. Now going through PayPal to get a refund since they're clearly not going to respond. Never again.

Awful customer service, shame they're one of the few who stock the madeira frosted matt range in the UK.

I cannot believe how much this company has changed customer service is no service infact i had the phone slammed down on me shame i have had some nice cottons etc from them but never again she pulled short of calling me a liar even though i had had no dispatch notice. had i received the shade cards they would have had a nice order maybe not as much a new machine but they shouldn't snub the little people
