I had a rhinoplasty performed by Dr. Bariş Keklik a year ago. I had the opportunity to meet him beforehand during a consultation in Germany. I knew from the very first moment that he was the doctor for me 🤩 Dr. Bariş Keklik is a highly competent doctor who calmly and patiently explains each step of the surgery and what the result can look like after a 3D simulation. After a thorough consultation, I described my desired nose, and what can I say... I'm overjoyed, and it's exactly as I imagined it ✨️👃✨️ I'm so glad I chose him. He performs rhinoplasty so skillfully that it perfectly suits my face and looks natural. I can recommend Dr. Keklik 100% and I am very grateful!

Dr. Baris was incredible. His skill at fixing a seriously difficult problem was better than any consul in Calif I have been to. The 24hr care from arrival, to hospital, to hotel, to the office and and back to airport was more like a first class, restful, vacation. Now to the price. I was quoted double to literally 4x in the US. The fact that the cost, with air and food and personal time, and especially the surgery was so inexpensive, I am surprised people still go to plastic and reconstructive surgeons in the U.S. I cannot believe how much I was quoted in U.S. and thus saved. And, with 100 percent success to where U.S doctors kept saying they weren't sure (yet wanted to still charge so much more). It is literally worth going the distance. Plus, Dr. Baris is simply just so skilled. Shout out to his office staff for their constant (constant) care and regard.

Ich habe meine Nasenoperation vor ca 4 Monate bei Dr. Baris Keklik in der Türkei durchführen lassen. Die Betreuung vor Ort war hervorragend organisiert und ich habe mich jederzeit sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Der Arzt ist auf all meine Wünsche und Vorstellungen eingegangen und hat alles verständlich erklärt. Auch die Nachbetreuung verläuft sehr strukturiert und professionell. Auf meine Fragen erhalte ich immer sehr schnell eine Antwort. Mit dem Ergebnis der Operation bin ich äußerst zufrieden und kann Dr. Baris Keklik und sein gesamtes Team von Herzen weiterempfehlen. Herr Dr. Bariş Keklik und sein Team sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es konnten alle Fragen vor der OP als auch nach der OP schnell beantwortet werden.

Ich habe mir bei Herr Bariş Keklik die Nasenscheidewandverkrümmung korrigieren lassen inklusive Schönheits OP. Beim Beratungsgespräch in Frankfurt haben wir über meine Probleme gesprochen und es wurden zwei verschiedene Nasen als Vorschau erstellt. Dann haben wir uns für eine Nase entschieden. Er ging hierbei auf meine Wünsche ein, erklärte mir aber auch was realistisch überhaupt möglich ist. Je nach Hauttyp als auch dicke der Haut ist nicht alles machbar bzw. passt auch nicht zum Gesamtbild. Er hat die Nase an mein Gesicht personalisiert angepasst. Es ist also keine 0815 Nase geworden.

Meine OP erfolgte in Istanbul mit einem Aufenthalt von 7 Tagen (Montag Hinflug; Sonntag Rückflug). Die OP war schmerzfrei, das Krankenhaus womit kooperiert wird, hat super nette Mitarbeiter/innen die wirklich für einen da waren. Nach der OP als ich im Hotel war, hat mir die Assistenz meine Medikamente von der Apotheke ins Hotel schicken lassen. Das war wirklich super, da man nicht selber eine Apotheke suchen musste und sich somit wirklich ausruhen konnte.

Am Samstag nach der OP, welche am Dienstag war, war ich bei der Kontrolle bei Herr Keklik. Hier wurde einmal die Bandage und alles was im Innenraum war einmal entfernt. Hierbei hatte ich auch gar keine Schmerzen. Dann bekam ich mein Pflaster drauf und meine Nasenschiene wurde erneut eingesetzt.

Zudem bekommt man für den Rückflug im Krankenhaus auch eine „Flugerlaubnis“ die man im Flughafen bei der Kontrolle vorzeigen muss. Somit wurde ich an der Kontrolle auch problemlos durchgelassen.

Zurück in Deutschland angekommen, fing eigentlich meine Nasenpflegeroutine an. Ich bekam ein Nasenspray und eine Krem für die Naht vorne. Die Naht ist Mitte der dritten Woche von selbst abgefallen (ohne Schmerzen). Die Nasenschiene die ich 2 mal täglich entferne für die Reinigung morgens und Abends, trage ich bislang noch, da meine 4 Wochen noch nicht um sind. (Die Platzierung und das Herausnehmen der Schiene sind ebenso schmerzfrei).

Die deutsche Assistenz Cigdem steht einem eigentlich jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung und erklärt einem alles ausführlich in der deutschen Sprache.

Die OP selbst ist bei mir fast 4 wochen her und bislang gefällt mir meine Nase sehr, für die ich bereits viele Komplimente einsammeln durfte obwohl sie noch geschwollen ist.

Ich bin durch eine Bekannte, die auch sich die Nase machen lassen hat im Jahre 2021 bei Herr Baris Keklik, auf ihn aufmerksam geworden, und kann ihn mit ruhigen Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Großes Dankeschön auch an sein Team, seine Praxis besteht nur aus liebevollen Mitarbeiterinnen wie Beispielweise der lieben Gülfem.

Yes, if you are reading this article, I probably did something crazy and flew from the US to Turkey with a 14-hour connecting flight (Choose a direct flight and don't fly with a connecting flight to avoid paying $200 more, it is really tiring.). First of all, the experience of traveling in Turkey really made me happy. My only suggestion to you is to get the transfer and hotel package because I thought I could get it cheaper by not paying extra money and I was scammed many times by taxis here and then I asked for help from them and switched to the transfer and hotel package. First of all, everything went very smoothly and wonderfully. I think I got more than the right of the $10,000 I paid, just the service they gave me was worth it. I had both gynecomastia and rhinoplasty surgery and to be honest, I thought it would be very difficult after the surgery, but it didn't happen as I thought. The pain goes away on the second day and there is not much left. I had a little trouble breathing through my mouth the first day because I was used to breathing through my nose, but you get used to it. Dr. Baris is a very caring doctor and his hands really work wonders, even on the first day of the operation you can guess what the result will look like and it is very nice. Side note: If you come to Turkey, definitely eat baklava, it is a bit too sweet but it tastes delicious.

First of all, as someone who was afraid of going to Türkiye, I was very hesitant at first. But then I saw Dr. Barisin's operations and videos and contacted them. Oliver was the one who welcomed me to give me information and managed the process smoothly, especially responding to my messages very quickly and answering all the questions in my mind in detail. As a man, I was very afraid of getting the fake results and artificial looking nose shapes that I saw outside in rhinoplasty because this can destroy your masculine appearance.
of course, I still had questions in my mind, but this was partly due to my being very meticulous. It is not easy to go to another country and trust someone there. However, the correct management of the transfers and the comfort of the hotel I stayed in relieved me of some stress and I had surgery on the 2nd day. After a 3-4 day process, tests were performed and I returned home. Although there were still minor swellings, Doctor Baris' constant communication and his detailed explanation of how temporary these were made me feel at ease. The process is going very well now and they are always in touch with me. I would like to thank Dr. Baris and his team very much. You can definitely trust them. They especially managed to bring an obsessive man like me back home without any doubts in his mind. I would also like to thank Oliver for treating me like a friend during my stay here.

I am 1 week after my Rhinoplasty. And i am so happy how everything went. The assistant Burcu was very helpful and caring during my trip to Istanbul. Everything was very well organized. The hospital i stayed in was an absolute 5 star experience. Dr Bariş was also very friendly and professional. I can’t thank him enough for everything. I would definitely recommend this surgeon.

From the very beginning, Burcu has distinguished herself with her fast, precise and above all understandable communication. She answered all my questions quickly, and also explained everything in such a way that even complex medical details were understandable for me as a person layperson.

As I rarely travel and am often unsure about medical procedures in particular, I was a little nervous at first. But Burcu managed to take away all my concerns. She informed me step by step about the entire procedure and also patiently explained all the details that were initially unclear to me. I would particularly like to emphasize how sensitively she dealt with my fear of surgery. Her reassuring manner and extensive knowledge made me feel safe and in good hands.
