First rug I bought came in few days delivery was great However bigger rug I bough was long time coming courier kept changing times and days and saying he had attempted delivery when he hadn’t and was sending random pictures of property that wasn’t mine when I got onto delivery company they told me it would be out next day as supplier hadn’t sent rug to courier anyway when I finally did get it at 11 pm at nite delivery man was very rude I’m very happy with my beautiful rugs but couriers you use not very good Need to change them

I would strongly advise caution when ordering from Bargania.
I purchased a sofa set, but the colour was completely different from what was shown online. When I requested a return, I received no response for 4 days and had to chase them myself. Eventually, I was told I needed to pay a £65 collection fee, which I reluctantly agreed to just to resolve the issue.
The item was collected, but it has now been over 10 days and I am still waiting for my refund. Despite multiple follow-ups, they have once again gone silent and are not responding to emails.
Very poor communication and disappointing after-sales service. I would not recommend.
Edit: I still haven't received a refund and it has been over a month since sofas were collected, each time i contact they give an excuse. I am now taking this to small court claim to recover my money back.
