Everything from online booking to pick up was seamless. Staff were also very helpful. Even phone call about a query was sorted quickly. Great service all-round.

The car category I booked wasn't available but I was quickly sorted out with an alternative that suited. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The airport transfer arrived promptly so we were there in plenty of time for our flight from Sydney. I'll definitely be using these guys again in the future.

Very east to book and a good variety of cars to choose from. Easy pick up by shuttle airport to pick up car. It was nice to have polite service and help with extra insurance, everything explained about car before leaving. Drop of was just the same, thank you and certainly recommend and will use again. Price is very good and competitive.

The car was poor quality. Very slow going up hill, brakes were gritty, acceleration was slow to kick in & the car play mode only worked when it wanted to & I did try different cables. If you have an early flight the money you save by using Bargain Cars you lose to UBER getting to the airport $44!!
A good point however is the service at pickup was excellent.

If you can drop customer off at departure zone rather than express pick up zone, that would be more suppportive

Had a great experience with Bargain Car Rentals! The car was in good condition, the rental process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

What really stood out was their customer service after I returned the car. I accidentally misplaced my wallet after returning the vehicle, and the team went out of their way to email me and help with recovering it. I really appreciate their initiative and willingness to assist even after the rental had ended.

Highly recommend Bargain Car Rentals for their great service and professionalism. I’ll definitely be renting from them again on my next trip to Sydney!

Connor was great. Friendly, polite, courteous and even had time to run us to the airport after our rental.

Not many staff would offer to hot-spot their phone as i didnt have an Internet connection to check the sat nav route before heading off on our holiday.

Pick up van station at Sydney Airport is difficult to find. Contact center should give a map before time.

Contact center should be slowly speaking for foreigners who not familiar to Aussie style.
Staff at car fleet tried to ask me to open 3 digit code of my credit card??

When I returned the car, BARGAIN should give me me car condition report to be a document that I will get 500 AUD deposit soon.

The Sydney transport and check in crew were friendly and helpful, helped us with our bags and other tips for getting out of town.

Very helpful staff and excellent car. Rental fee is reasonable.
