Great service with with fast, friendly & efficient staff - really happy with our car too, would definitely recommend

Straight forward process for me. Car was great value for money booked through Expedia when I needed something in a hurry after my personal vehicle was being repaired.

The car and depot service were great but our plane was late and the phone number we had been given didn't work as it was after 7pm. We were tired and stranded at the airport and were going to get a different car from a different company when our niece rang up and rescued us. I had booked through an agent so hadn't check your website to see the hours.

Car was great. Pick up on arrival at terminal was slow and confusing. I was at the correct pick up place but had to ring a few times to get the shuttle bus. The dropping of the car at the end of the holiday was must more efficient that the beginning of the trip.

Great communication and pick up/drop off service. Fantastic rates. Customer service at the depot was brilliant and friendly. Vehicle was in good condition.

Easy enough experience- they are still new so a bit slow getting everything organised.
Price was great, car clean and ready on arrival. Would use again.

Waiting for about 80 minutes for the pick up car, despite several calls, was told to arrange own transport as they could not make arrangement, end up taking Uber (struggle quite a bit as not prepared, key in wrong address and take me about 50 minutes to reach the car center, never experience this before.

Everything, smooth and efficient check_in and pick up of the car. Had booked a RAV4 Hybrid, ended up getting a 2 month old Subaru Forrester Hybrid and reasonably priced. Return of the car was also very smooth and found the staff very friendly and customer oriented. Good experience overall. Will definitely hire from Bargain again.

Great welcome. Affordable for ten days driving.

Car was fine, as was the transport to and from the airport. We were disappointed in what happened with the insurance. We had organised insurance through another site (Expedia) and when I mentioned this to the staff member repeatedly, he insisted that it did not matter and whatever accident that might happen whether it was our fault or not, would be charged at $5500.00
We then paid the insurance with $0.00 excess which was nearly double what we paid on Expedia only to find out from another customer that having insurance through Expedia would have been fine as they sort out the payment if anything goes wrong.
We felt like we had been lied to when it came to the insurance

While booking we were offered a Hybrid RAV 4, so booked.

At pick up we were informed that don't have RAV 4 at all. So why offer when you don't have.

We got Hybrid Subaru - was comfortable

Had no issues with company itself, apart from not knowing it was third party company.
Pick up was great
Collection from agent was abrupt and negative, not welcoming.
Felt put off by having our own insurance, and not buying premium through carjet
(Karrie/kerry??) said if we scratch or small dent in car we would have to pay full excess $5500 regardless of our insurance or size of claim - that is not on.
We were on edge the whole holiday
Put a dampener on where we parked.
Car was returned in Prestine condition
Same lady served us upon drop off with same negative energy
No comments were made no communication . Lack of direction on where to put our luggage. Very mucky setup

Nice car , good price, easy check in, quick return of bond .

Car was damaged in a hit-and-run incident which has proved very hard to claim and so we are on the hook for various exorbitant charges plus cost of repairs. The independent repair assessment has a number of massively inflated or nonsensical line items. Bargain Car Rentals should have pushed back but unfortunately they have no incentive to do so.

The manner of several employees was also quite rude and uncaring.
