Fab boots, very quick replacement when the size was not quite right, super comfortable.

The shoes are well made and I managed to find a pair that were wide enough for my feet. I had friendly, helpful customer service. The returns process was easy when I was trying to find the right size.

Easy to order, swift delivery and the shoes are great- very comfortable

Really good fast delivery. Excellent shoes. Can't wait for the brown choice to be back in stock !

Fast delivery, quality product and at a much more reasonable price than other barefoot shoes.

Excellent customer service, delivery, and chat about the product (barefoot hiking boot). Boots immediately comfortable and better toe box shape than the premium brand name I'm replacing. Soles are less flexible than other barefoot boots, but this works for me so far. Good value for money. Will add the fifth star if they survive a fair amount of time! Very promising.

Great boots just right if you have neuropathy in your feet, also they arrived very quickly, thank you 😊

Great shoes: excellent quality & comfortable Quick delivery.

Great product, does as advertised and fit exactly to size.

I wanted to support this company and initially contacted them about a pair of shoes that started coming apart at the seams after just three months of normal weekday office wear.

They did offer to repair the shoes and a 15% discount on a future purchase, the experience was overshadowed by how my complaint was handled. Despite explaining that I found the repeated questioning about whether the shoes were actually theirs uncomfortable, I received another email saying that they sometimes receive competitors’ shoes and “it is nothing personal.”

That completely missed the point. Good customer service is about reading the room as much as following a process. I object to being repeatedly made to feel as though I wasn’t being believed.

In the end, it wasn’t the repair offer that lost my future business—it was the lack of trust and empathy. I’ll be returning to my previous supplier. Their shoes cost more, but they take ownership of both their successes and their mistakes, and that gives me far more confidence as a customer.

Excellent customer service when I contacted them to ask questions. Good quality and great value shoes. I ordered the same size as I take in Vivo barefoot and fit is slightly looser (great if you’ve got wider feet). Not enough difference to change down a size for me. I’ll be buying more as they are as good quality but cheaper than most of the alternatives.

Excellent shoes - look good, well made and very comfortable

Really good quality hiking boots and so comfortable im very happy.
I had a small issue with my initial delivery and it was immediately rectified with fantastic customer service and quick turn around time 10 out of 10 👍

Well made shoes, good customer service when I needed to return.

Fantastic shoes.

A bit on the cheaper side, especially the glued bits. But the fit, the leather, and the sole are fantastic.

And the fit? Don't even feel I'm walking anymore. These shoes, with the honeycomb pattern, have amazing grip, great feel, and they're very light. They carry me all day without fault.

Highly recommend this brand. I'm so happy.

Really comfortable barefoot shoes. Good website and great communication. Compared to others I’ve tried - excellent value and very good quality.
Delivery quick and returns for exchange very easy.

An easy website to navigate. Very swift delivery of a quality pair of barefoot shoes. I’m very happy with the level of service and my first pair of barefoot shoes.

Will definitely come back to Barely again.
The delivery was quick and the shoes look good, are a true fit, very comfortable and give a bit more height in the toes than other barefoot shoes I've tried.

First time I’ve found a pair of “barefoot” shoes that fit my REALLY wide feet. Other brands’ “wide fit” weren’t. And these are less expensive than the others I tried. Great for wearing in the gym where I want to be able to feel my feet’s contact with the floor.
Good quality and came very quickly.

These barefoot wide-fit waterproof boots are perfect. They're gusseted unlike some other similar boots, which makes them properly waterproof. And they are vegan which is important to me, and they are beautiully made from quality material. The return and exchange process was easy and free, and delivery was quick. The size 7s I ordered, being my usual choice, were too big so I returned them and received size 6 which are a perfect fit. Support staff member James was brilliant.
