The body oil has an unpleasant smell and I was told that my legal rights to return an online purchase mean nothing as their policy is that they don’t accept returns.

Customer care excellent.. products too
I managed to process my order without the chance to put the Easter code in so I sent an email asking if anything could be done, the response was immediate & the staff initiated the refund which arrived into my account before the delivery! Really good way to retain business which they did. Love the products and will be a repeat customer for sure.

Had an issue with a bottle of mousse
Had an issue with a bottle of mousse. Got onto the team and was sent a replacement straight away. Very efficient customer service!

Not sure about this product
Not sure but this is a replacement face mist for one that was blotchy and I thought it was a faulty spray but this one is still blotchy and leaves a freckle effect rather than a tan. I am going to give it one more go and have checked my technique, going to use a brush after to spread evenly so we will see as I love the actual colour 😬

We’re glad to hear you love the colour, but we completely understand how frustrating the application can be when it’s not giving an even result. Face mists can sometimes develop unevenly if the product settles in certain areas, so using a brush or tanning mitt to lightly blend after application is a great approach.
We’d also recommend applying to clean, dry skin and holding the nozzle a little further from the face when spraying, allowing for a lighter, more even mist.
