It was my first introduction to Samiul as our account manager. Right from the off he was very comfortable and confident in Barbour's platform and after an overview of my business we set off to look at new services that as a business we would benefit from. Having overseas interests new services providing coverage of international law will be very useful. We have been with Barbour EHS for 5 years now and are very satisfied with their customer engagement and the service the platform provides. The new interface looks great and user friendly.

Samiul firstly wanted to know more about our company and my role within it and how we have used Barbour in the past, before going through the new platform layout and showing how easy it is to navigate. He obviously knows his stuff and helped me understand how I could best use the platform.

Excellent Customer Service, Portal is very professional for sources of information, training presentation etc... Had the portal up and running as soon as we can.

Have been using Barbour since late 2025 and have had a great experience so far. The platform is easy to use with a plethora of useful information, and much easier and quicker to find that information than trawling through different HSE guidance! A big thanks to our product managers Katherine and Samiul who have both been fantastic with supporting our use of Barbour.

This was delivered in a friendly timely manner allowing for attendees to ask question throughout the presentation. Samiul demonstrated excellent product knowledge and customer care.
