La disponibilità che mi hanno dato è la gentilezza

Ho inviato un messaggio per richiedere informazioni e chiarimenti su una casa in affitto e mi hanno richiamato immediatamente. Sono stati professionali e cortesi e la prenotazione via sito e' stata conclusa senza intoppi.
Premetto che ancora non abbiamo iniziato la vancanza quindi la valutazione finale sarebbe da dare a vacanza conclusa.

Quando diciamo “esperienza fantastica”, non sono solo parole. È il secondo anno che scegliamo Barbarhouse e ogni volta ne abbiamo la conferma: il signor Andrea, la signora Federica e il signor Maurizio sono persone che danno prestigio all’azienda e fanno davvero la differenza.
Siamo famiglie straniere in Italia e, grazie a loro, ci sentiamo davvero come a casa. Professionalità, disponibilità, trasparenza e calore umano. Una sola parola: superlativo.

Belles maison confortable bien équipée, air conditionné partout (nécessaire dans les Pouilles en été). l'annexe 2 chambres est très belle, laissée comme à l'ancienne avec le confort d'aujourd'hui, et surtout la piscine. Mieux que sur les photos
Encore merci à Mimmo et sa compagne, qui nous ont accompagné durant notre séjour. Et nous ont proposé leur aide lorsque notre voiture à été embourbée...Barbecue ok pour ceux qui aiment. Un endroit ou le "bon gout" du propriétaire Belge s'est imposé. Je n'ai pas été payé pour écrire cela.

Malissimo, anche se la persona si è dimostrata gentile.

Sicuramente la struttura deve rendere un soggiorno confortevole.

Vacanza perfetta

MOLTO MALE. Comportamento ai limiti del fraudolento. Più di due mesi e mezzo per riavere indietro la caparra, numerosi solleciti senza reale risposta, ho dovuto coinvolgere booking per avere supporto. Ancora non mi hanno restituito i soldi di una tassa di soggiorno che, per errore, ho pagato in esubero. Assolutamente poco seri. MAI PIÙ in una loro struttura

We booked a villa in Italy through Vrbo and ended up dealing with Barbarhouse for payment, deposits and check in, the villa was excellent, clean, tidy and as per the photos. Check in went smoothly and we had a nice holiday, we left the villa spotless and traveled home. 2 days later we got a payment certificate saying they are refunding the 1500 euro deposit, great no reason not to, a week passed and nothing, emails, WhatsApp and phone calls later still nothing, this went on for nearly a month. I contacted Vrbo and asked if they could help as we had used them to book the villa, they were great and within a couple of days we had our deposit back. I have since read other reviews regarding deposit issues so I would stay clear.

Despite my constant complaints I can not access parts of the site to add information to it that you require.
I keep getting a message to say that my email address is not acceptable even though it is the email address that i booked on and the one you sent all your emails to me.
It is.
It would be good if some one would sort this out as it is sending me crazy trying to do something on a system that will not accept me.
I keep asking for it to be fixed but so far nothing has been done

Betrug, Finger weg! Das ist absolute Abzocke! Ich habe über Airbnb eine Unterkunft reserviert und musste eine Kaution bezahlen. Ich habe die Unterkunft dann wieder storniert, die Kaution habe ich aber bis heute nie zurückbekommen, auch wenn ich nie in der Wohnung war.

Esperienza bellissima sotto tutti i punti di vista dalla struttura ricettiva fino ai servizi trovati in struttura.
Sono stato accolto da tutto lo staff con cordialità e ospitalità. Una particolare menzione per Enrico che mi ha seguito passo dopo passo riempiendomi di consigli dove andare o cosa visitare

I've seen prisons with less 'house' rules.

From the start of the interactions you know you are in for a bad time. Long gone are the days where you get a note from the 'person' letting through AirBNB, you now get an anonymous company with the personal communication skills of a fridge.

They are doing you a favour by letting you stay at the property in the way they setup the reservation, the amount of additional rules you must adhere to, with the fun addition of 24/7 cameras throughout the property. You must also put down an out of system deposit (because through the system would have greater oversight).

When it comes to leaving the propety they may perform a checkout and confirm everything is fine, but expect messages weeks later saying they have found issues that they can provide no evidence for but they are going to keep your entire off-system, unregulated, deposit. Shock.

Wow, che posto fantastico 🤩! Abbiamo trascorso 8 giorni meravigliosi in questo posto stupendo. Qui puoi rilassarti completamente. Il trullo e gli esterni erano arredati con gusto. Ottimo punto di partenza per esplorare la Puglia. Siamo stati accolti cordialmente dal proprietario, che ci ha dato numerosi consigli e si è dimostrato molto disponibile. Consiglieremo sicuramente questo posto e stiamo pensando di tornarci!

Non sono seri…hanno rigettato la mia prenotazione per un errore commesso da loro!Ho chiaramente scritto nella prenotazione che c’era anche il mio piccolo di 3 anni e dopo avermi fatto pagare hanno pensato bene di annullare la prenotazione perché sottocosto rispetto alla richiesta!praticamente loro fanno e sfanno!!Ovviamente mi sono alterata e nn sapendosi giustificare hanno pensato bene di riattaccare la cornetta!!Mi hanno liquidata con una mail senza spiegazioni!Li sconsiglio alla grande!scegliete altro!….ho letto la vostra risposta..nella mia richiesta scritta avevo menzionato 3 persone,rendetela pubblica!!vediamo se il mio italiano é così poco chiaro…!la verità è che tra voi e sud sud vacanze ci sono problemi di comunicazione!

Accoglienza fredda e scortese, zero assistenza durante il soggiorno. Casa insicura (serrature rotte), impianto elettrico inadeguato, scaldabagno minuscolo, scarichi e tombino rotti con cattivi odori. Lenzuola sporche, barbecue pericoloso e infestato di formiche.
La beffa finale: 500€ di cauzione trattenuti con fatture discutibili (spazzatura, asciugamani, porta mai aggiustata).
Mai più con Barbarhouse: prima e ultima volta.
