I had an excellent experience purchasing my villa in Lombok through Bacara. From the very beginning, the team was highly professional, responsive, and transparent throughout the entire process. Their guidance was outstanding, making every step clear and stress-free.
I truly appreciated their expertise, attention to detail, and commitment to ensuring everything went smoothly. If you're looking for a reliable company with professional service and excellent guidance when investing in property, I highly recommend Bacara. Thank you for making this such a positive experience!

Our initial conversation with Asos was excellent. We started by getting to know each other, followed by a briefing on the project. Since this was to be our first purchase of recreational real estate, having a reliable and pleasant partner was important to us. There was no pressure—no "where do you want to sign?" or anything like that. We were given time to think it over and ask any questions we had; they really took the time for us. Thanks to Baraca, we have now purchased our first recreational property and are absolutely delighted with it. They guide you through the entire purchasing process, which is a great help. We hope to expand our real estate portfolio with Baraca again in the future. Once again, thank you for your help, trust, and the great collaboration.

Very happy with the help of Spike and his team. Looking forward to our Villa at Tampah Beach Villa.

We have a very pleasant experience with Baraca Capital.
Their team is very professional, patient, responsive, and helpful.

Our first contact with Baraca was with Safouan.
After a very comfortable and clarifying conversation, we decided to invest in 2 off-plan projects in the UAE.

After sales we are still guided as valued customers.
Nothing but praise for Nadiah. Every question is answered in very detail.
She also guided us in our will registration process.

After having this beautifull experience, we also decided to invest in Lombok.

We very much recommend Baraca Capital as a trustworthy long time partner.

Top bedrijf 👍👍

I talked with Safouan and Spike about investing

My partner and I decided to invest together in Dubai Aquacrest and Lombok, and from day one Baraca Capital made us feel completely at ease with that decision.

What impressed me most was how well they guided us through the entire process. As someone who was new to international real estate investing, I had a lot of questions. Every single one was taken seriously, answered clearly, and followed up on without me having to chase anyone. Nothing felt rushed, and we never felt like we were just another deal on their list.

What really sets Baraca Capital apart is that the relationship doesn't stop after the purchase. They continue to organise events, stay in touch, and make you feel part of a community rather than just a client. That personal touch is something you simply don't find everywhere.

For anyone considering investing abroad, especially with a partner, I can only say: these are people you can trust. They don't just talk, they follow through on everything they promise.

From the very first conversation to the final signing, Baraca Capital handled everything professionally and with care. I purchased a property in Dubai Aquacrest and am also investing in Lombok, and both processes were managed seamlessly from A to Z.

What sets them apart is that they actually do what they say. No empty promises, no vague timelines, just clear communication and real results. Every question was answered quickly, every step was explained thoroughly, and I never felt left in the dark.

But what truly makes the difference is what happens after the purchase. Most companies move on once the deal is signed, Baraca Capital doesn't. They continue to organise events, keep you informed, and genuinely stay in touch. You never feel like just a number. The relationship doesn't end at the contract, it continues.

The level of trust and service they've built is rare in this industry. These are not people who talk big, they deliver. I have full confidence in Baraca Capital and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone serious about investing in Dubai or Southeast Asia.

I had a very positive consultation with Safouan regarding real estate investment opportunities in Dubai. Baraca Capital

They really took the time to understand my situation, without giving the feeling that I was being pushed into a sale. The conversation was focused on building trust, long-term relationship building, and future strategy.

They considered my personal situation carefully and set realistic expectations.

Overall, a very pleasant experience and I am looking forward to the next conversation.

I bought my first apartment in Kurdistan with Baraca Capital and had a great experience from start to finish. Rudaw was very helpful, listened carefully to all my questions, and helped me find a high-quality home in Erbil.

If you are thinking about buying property in Kurdistan, I strongly recommend Baraca Capital. Professional, trustworthy, and easy to work with.

Baraca had opened my eyes for investing! Great minded people that genuinely guide and help you with what you want and need. Very happy with the results! Thank guys!

Baraca was the first international real estate experience that ticked all the boxes.
From the sales conversations with Asos and then Diana, to the very personal onboarding and guidance from Pernilla.
The first experience with them in Dubai was so convincing and positive that I’m now also investing in their villas in Indonesia, in Lombok!
Great people. Great company. Thanks for the opportunities.
