Poor Product Quality
In May, I bought a Banyetti Luca Square Concealed Thermostatic Douche- matt black from another online retailer. It started to show discolouration and color fade at many spots only after a few weeks of use. When I contacted the retailer, they concluded that this is related to normal wear although there’s no way that this could be prevented especially we didn’t use any harsh cleaner. The manufacturer itself only providing warranty to products purchased directly from them. Which leaving me stuck with an expensive discoloured product.

I purchased bathroom furniture from Banyetti and I’m very satisfied with both the quality of the products and the service. The delivery was well‑organised, and the items were securely protected during transport. Everything arrived in perfect condition. I highly recommend Banyetti — professionalism at every stage.

Athena porcelain basin
Ordered a porcelain inset basin yesterday, I received it today. Last evening their people called to ensure I’ll be at home for the delivery. Sturdy box, easy to open. Basin looks good. Not a scratch or a blemish. I was to make up my mind between the Athena from Banyetti and Glide li either the glass or the vitreous china from Crosswater and I decided to go with Athena because it’s porcelain which is substantially stronger and lasts a life time. Happy with the quality, price and customer service. Highly recommended!

Disappointing quality inside & wrong basin sent - hopefully being corrected
Disappointing quality and wrong basin. Ordered Vatilla 800mm Floorstanding Basin Unit with Chrome Handles - Gloss White, with Lira Basin.
It was delivered quickly.
However they sent the wrong basin, which is old fashioned in style and has less space for toiletries.
The vanity unit looks great on the outside but is very disappointing on the inside. The quality is very poor as the lining on the drawers is coming off and looks to be just some kind of plastic cover stuck over whatever wood is used. That it is coming away before it has even been used is very concerning, because it is bound to become a bigger problem over time especially in a bathroom setting. This is a big let down given it costs twice the cost of a standard vanity and we picked it because Banyetti said it was 'high quality' with 'ultimate durability' and 'offers superior value and function.'
I contacted the company.
- they responded promptly about the problematic drawer lining and said clearly quality control processes had not worked on this occasion. They sent a replacement drawer and it is fine, the lining is secure.
- they responded promptly to the issue of the wrong basin, saying occasional errors do happen when packing, and they will now send the correct basin. They have now sent the right basin.
- Unfortunately the basin will need installing which will require getting the plumber back again to remove the wrong one and reconnect and install the new one, which which obviously incur a charge. They are discussing what to do about this and I hope we reach some kind of resolution.
Hopefully all errors and costs will be resolved. The company have certainly been very quick to apologise and seek to resolve the situation.
