First thing I’d like to say is please make the new drops in both chrome & black bumpers. 90% of new drops are chrome but it doesn’t hold up. It chips & scratches with very light use. I have a lot of cases I switch out often so I use them very gently. I want to buy some of the new drops but can’t get myself to spend $100-$160 when I know the chrome will look really bad within a few days/weeks. I’ve been a loyal Bandolier customer for almost 7 years through many iPhone models. I’ve made dozens of purchases over the years & I’ve always been able to resell my old cases when upgrading my phone. I can honestly say they have the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. They’ve always been so good to me. All my requests have been honored but I’ve always been within the warranty period & conditions.

I was sent the wrong item shipped to the U.K. The order was placed on July 22 2026. It arrived with the wrong items on August 1.
Having immediately emailed and filled in their contact form I have STILL had no response.

Their customer service has gone above and beyond …. I love my bandolier !!!

I have been buying phone cases from Bandolier for over nine years. I used to buy exclusively from them because of the quality and the excellent craftsmanship.

However, my last several purchases have been a huge disappointment. What I could still tolerate are the outrageously long delivery times. This is only my assumption, but it seems they may now be having their products made in a country with cheap labor, and it takes time before the items reach them from abroad and are only then shipped to customers. In short, it seems obvious that they do not actually keep sufficient stock. Otherwise, delivery times of three weeks or more are very hard to explain reasonably.

Fine, that could still be tolerated, though only reluctantly. What cannot be excused, however, is the absolutely terrible quality of the cases.

For the first time ever, when my iPhone 17 Pro fell while in a Bandolier case, the camera lens cracked. The chrome parts of the case started wearing off after only a few days. The color does not hold and the case quickly starts looking shabby. The workmanship of the case itself is no longer of the same quality, and the material fades within a very short time, not after months, but after weeks!

I contacted their customer support because, after several purchases over the past few months, it has become clear that this is not a matter of one or two defective items, but a systemic problem. They replied that they would provide me with a discount for my next purchase. And then… nothing.

The company’s standards have gone sharply downhill. I highly doubt I will ever buy anything chrome-plated or any colored case from them again. Their approach is absolutely unacceptable, especially considering that their cases cost $150 and more.

A huge disappointment. The good old Bandolier is gone.

DISHONEST COMPANY AND RIP-OFF
I bought an airpod case which Bandolier described as for Airpods 3/4 because my phone settings said it was a Airpod3. HOWEVER, it did not fit the case at all. When I went to return it they charged a 15% "re-stocking" fee, did not refund the tax or shipping, and then charged me an additional $8 fee to return the money to my original method of payment. THEY CHARGED ME 35% of the price to return the item. That sounds like it's illegal.

I don’t get for myself often. I’m raising 2 grandchildren and taking care of my daughter that has mental illness and don’t have money to splurge. I went to order a set at bandolier and it showed that I ordered the set until after I paid the money. I wanted to warn people of this and I’m blocked from leaving a review on their website. They sent me the air pod case after I told them what happened now they seem to be ignoring me about the pouch. So I have been burnt and won’t buy from there again. Although the product is very nice it’s the misleading I don’t care for.

Great products, great style, great vibe.
Some product quality issues though that I wouldn’t expect given the price of the products. Customer service is excellent though : Quick answer, solution oriented and really listening to your painpoint.

I've made several purchases and loved all of them until my recent purchase (flowers on the case) where the flows have clearly worn off after less than a few months (past the return date)… sent several emails with no reply… how the heck do you get ahold of this company??? Expensive product… very disappointed with it and lack of service!

About 13 years ago I saw a woman with a Bandolier case at a Ben & Jerry's and practically accosted her! She didn't know what it was called, but I asked if I could look at it, saw the name, and immediately ordered one. My sister-in-law saw mine, she got one, and now I see lots of women in our small town wearing/using them. Ever since my first one, I've used Bandolier exclusively, so I thank you for a great product! 😊

I bought my first Bandolier March 2025 (the Mila). I have put the Mila through the wringer with travel and daily use, and it’s still in perfect condition. I just recently bought four more cases for myself and other family members because of the amazing experience and quality.

The cherry on top of the quality of the product is the customer service. The day after my purchase Bandolier offered a flash sale and offered AirPod cases. I reached out to them and they sent me the AirPod case as well

I ordered my Dillon crossbody bag but could not get my first time buyer discount to download in my email. I purchased anyway and later emailed them about not getting it. They INSTANTLY refunded me 22.00 to my bank account and apologized for not being able to get the discount to me sooner. I’m waiting for the bag to ship but I know I will LOVE it.

Really disappointed with the quality of this phone chain. For over £50, I expected it to last much longer without tarnishing. After only a year it has noticeably discoloured, which makes it feel very overpriced for what it is. Sadly wouldn’t recommend unless you’re happy replacing it regularly.

I bought my first case years ago and LOVED IT. However I bought a new one for my new phone and received the completely wrong case. I’m trying to get a human to confirm the correct one will be sent to me in a timely manner, but I will say the leather feels MUCH cheaper in the incorrect one I received. I can’t help but notice the price increased from $90 to $120 for the same case, and customer service has definitely gone downhill. Did they switch to AI?

I have been a vocal advocate for Bandolier for years, but I can no longer stand by this brand. This is my second case, and the decline in quality is a disgrace for a product at this price point.

My first case ($100+) began falling apart—the piping and seams unraveled—within a year. At the time, customer service was excellent and they sent a replacement, which kept me loyal. However, I decided to "upgrade" to the Bodie Crossbody with Mini Zip Pouch ($162), and it has been a disaster.

The Issues:

Structural Failure: The case no longer securely holds my iPhone 15 Pro. My phone now randomly falls out of its case.

Safety Hazard: This isn't just an inconvenience. Yesterday, my phone fell completely out of the case and into a body of water. Because I use this as my primary wallet, my driver’s license and credit cards were also at risk.

Insulting Customer Support: When I reached out, I was told I was 3 months out of warranty. Despite being a repeat customer with a recurring quality issue, their "solution" was to offer a discount code to encourage spending more on another potentially defective product.

I purchased a leather phone case and wallet for my mom as a Christmas gift back in 2025. I costed around $200–$300. Unfortunately, the case didn’t work out as they didn't have the specific case for iphone 16e. So I contacted customer service to ask about a return. The representative assured me that the return would be accepted and even provided a return shipping label.

I promptly returned the package and informed the company that it had been shipped back. After that, there was complete silence. No confirmation, no update, and no refund.

Three months later, my husband casually reminded me andnwe checked the account and realized the refund had still not been processed. I had to follow up again, and only then did they finally respond with an apology.

Mistakes can happen, but customers should not have to chase down a refund after following the company’s return instructions exactly as requested. For a premium-priced product, we expected much better customer service and communication.

Excellent customer service. Purchased a gift set with phone case/strap, wristlet, and a matching book tote. Received a notification from Bandolier that the tote could have quality issues and to please check my product. Sure enough, it was affected. They asked for a photo, and responded quickly with several options for replacement, refund. I love the tote-it’s gorgeous so opted to keep it. The company processed a refund for the price of the tote and told me to keep it and enjoy it less than 12 hours later. Customer satisfaction 10/10 here. Thanks Bandolier!

This company consistently over sales and has delayed delivery. Do not trust their statements to get you item to you anywhere close to the estimated time frame. They also don't communicate when there are issues with your order due to their poor inventory management. Overall, I have been pleased with the products I've ordered, but extremely disappointed in their delivery process and customer service.

Absolutely amazing customer service. Bandolier completely stands behind the quality of their items. They reached out over a purchase I made and noted they found some quality issues with it, they contacted me not the other way around. They gave me options as to what I would like to do to rectify the situation and followed through with my choice immediately. This is my third purchase with them and I will continue to be a loyal customer.
