Excellent customer service throughout and I was always updated as to the status of the job to be completed. I received a very reasonable quote that beat all others, but the main reason I went with these is due to the excellent customer service I received from the start.

The external side garage door fitted is of high quality and I will definitely be using this company again for any jobs I want doing in the future.

This company are very efficient, professional and seemed to care that I received a quality service.

So a massive thank you to Andy, Kelsey, Tom, Ronnie and Clearglaze for all your efforts and excellent work.

This is a late review as B&B property Services had completed some work for me in July of this year. The work, mainly organised by Andy began with a visit and suggestions and advice all of which made sense to me and was approved. At all points Andy contacted me for approval before the next stage of work. Photos were sent so I could see what exactly had been done. The work was completed in just a day and was of very good quality. To be recommended.

Andy attended the site within a couple of days of me requesting a quote. The quote was provided the same day and he managed to get a team together and complete the works within a couple of weeks.

Andy is very professional, approachable and knowledgeable in his work and both he and his team were friendly and polite and completed the work in a very reasonable time.

Will definitely recommend and use B&B's services again!

Andy and his team were fantastic, they kept me updated throughout the process of having my kitchen floor replaced and bathroom floor replaced. They were prompt and ensured they caused as little disruption as possible while i and my partner both work from home. The finish and the work was immaculate and to a very high standard. I would strongly recommend them and deffo would use their services again

We had footings and foundations laid last week, completed very efficiently, very pleasant team.
They are in the process of building an extension for our neighbours, they are pleasant and considerate towards us as the neighbouring property.

My elderly aunt has just had new windows fitted through Andy and his team. Ryan was the very helpful man who fitted the windows and helped us to make choices about the job.

As a tenant our land lady had our insulation done through them. Andy and his team has been really helpful with our furniture moving and everything really. The lads were great & always left the area clean & tidy after completing each day. Great communication & Andy always kept us informed with updates & equipment arrival times/dates. Absolutely no problems at all👌🏻 they are also very trustworthy as we were away a couple of the days, with no issues at all. Would definitely recommend them!!

We had Andy come over within a really quick time frame and and assessed the area thoroughly and found the problem. He talked us through on what will happen next and really pleased on the outcome.

Andy and his team have carried out work for us on three separate occasions (internal alterations, landscaping and electrical), there’s many reasons why we keep going back to B&B if we ever need anything doing. The whole team have consistently been reliable, friendly and worked hard to make sure the job is done. It is invaluable finding a local builder who you can trust, we would highly recommend B&B.

Had to have my entire kitchen celing replaced. Andy and the team, whos nanes I forgot to ask, were great very attentive and took the time to explain every step of the process 10/10 would recommend.

I've recently had a kitchen/outhouse renovation, including new kitchen units, roofing, bifold doors and insulation. From beginning to end, the service has been outstanding. Andy acted as project manager and was excellent with the communication side of things. He was always willing to take my wishes on board, creative and helped me find the best solutions for my spec. As can be common with renovations, an unexpected discovery was made in the form of a significant water leak into the kitchen. The cause was unclear but the team worked tirelessly to solve the issue before continuing the project. While this did temporarily pause progress, I was massively appreciative of their time and effort in ensuring the problem was dealt with effectively to avoid future problems. In addition, a compromise was reached when it became evident there was an issue with structural foundations and flooring plans. Again, Andy was flexible in the solution, creating a step with LED sensor lights that actually turned out to be one of my favourite features!
All work was completed to an exceptional standard and all waste cleared away tidily. A professional carpet clean was also arranged at the end of the project. All the guys on the team were friendly, professional and knowledgeable and are a real credit to themselves and B&B. The team values their clients and wants the best outcomes for their projects. Special thanks to Ben for his dedication and perfectionism in the kitchen fit. The end results have exceeded my expectations and I am so happy with my new kitchen. I cannot recommend B&B enough! As a facility manager I am used to getting work completed by the the larger companies out there but after being constantly let down I decided to try a smaller local company and I’m so glad I did.
B and B have been exemplary, not only do they arrive when they say they will their prices and work thus far have been excellent. Andy is always available and helpful and I will definitely be using them again. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

We booked B & B Property Services to undertake a small extension to our property which consisted of knocking down walls, building works (connecting the main house to an outside building) as well as a kitchen refit. From the start to the finish the level of professionalism received from this company was outstanding. Andy (project manager) kept us up to date with all findings, ensuring a good flow and minimising holdups (sometimes this can't be helped!) and coming up with solutions for any problems found (there were a few!!!) . Andy along with Luke and Jay worked extremely hard, turning up on time, undertaking the jobs in hand and ensuring they tided up after a working day. We also had kitchen fitters, plumbers, carpenters, plasterers and electricians all supplied under B & B Property Services, all working extremely hard. I would definitely recommend this company, and also would not hesitate to use them again. Thank you Andy and your team
