Had booked an Itinerary with BanBanjara. They have a tie up with HimTrek but the the information passed on by BanBanjara to us and to HimTrek were totally different and hence we weren't offered the service which we paid for to BanBanjara.

Had a very bad experience and will not be looking to book again.

Pin Parvati Pass Trek is a beautiful mountain pass in Himachal Pradesh. It provides the best and the most spectacular traverses, right from the forest and
verdant meadows of Parvati valley. Also, I found so many Buddhist people living there, and their culture was so admiring and adorable. Then, I saw the beautiful landscapes, rich flora, and fauna. Also, loved the experience of
walking on the cold dry mountain. We had a bonfire at night and also took a bath in a hot water spring in Parvati Kund. It was an unforgettable experience
for me and also new learnings about an altogether different culture, and traditions

The easy booking for 30 minutes with an experienced guide is the most exciting way to explore the beauty of nature and the culture of the state. This tour allows you to capture beautiful life across the land of the desert. The beautiful golden sky with white clouds, the attraction towards the sand dunes, and the land full of flora and fauna. The ride is full of experience and fun. This was a mesmerizing experience for me. The beauty of the city was so adorable. The camel safari experience was so good.

Banbanjara cheated travellers .I booked valley of flower trek and make half payment in advance. They cancelled my booking and said that cancellation charge will be apply. First they ruin my tour and now they charge cancellation fee from me.I think they cheat every customer like that . Please don’t ever book your trip from banbanjara.

I visited for tosh trek in march 2021 they have managed every thing perfectly, their support team work well to make my trip awesome

We booked 1 activity with them: The kedarkantha trek tour

Which has been cancelled 1/2h before the tour departure for no reason. Then they scheduled us for next day, guess what, they cancelled us again at 7am for obscur reason. We found out they are scammers. The owner just is a fraud, unprofessional and lacks knowledge. We did not get our money back. Our advice is to avoid payment in advance. Guys don’t go buy their positive review these guys are group of scammers, who wants to steal your money and make you & family suffer. When you travel that far, and with a limited timing, you can't jeopardize your trip on making bad choices like “banbanjara.com”

Banbanjara is to banish. Worst experience, don’t fall in trap of positive review, they are all managed, as I have experienced thinks first hand, this rubbish company will trap you and make your life miserable.

My first ever lake trekking expedition was an awesome experience. The trip was well-planned and the trek leader was very motivating. I thank BanBanjara for such a marvellous experience.

I took chadar trek with them in january.They took great care of us. Safety was the first priority of the trip leader. The briefing session everyday was very helpful. The food was exceptional I infant gained weight in spite of the high calories burnt!! Kudos to the support team. Thank you Banbanjara
