My Banana Moon order arrived in a bag that had been slit open and resealed with packing tape. The only things in the bag were the catalog and the packing slip - no swimsuit!

I contacted customer service via email in the evening EST. I received a prompt and helpful response from Cheryl. She continued to keep me updated, was friendly, and proactive!!

She noticed that I had mistakenly ordered two of the same suit in the same size and she inquired about that so that she could take care of it on the front end!

I love Banana Moon. They are so beautiful and so perfect the entire summer. I feel good in them and they have an amazing quality. Banana Moon is of course a bit pricy, but totally worth it! Almost all of my swimwear is Banana Moon. I use them probably every day in the summer, both in sea and pools. And they are just in perfect condition, after years.

Malgrès deux incidents consécutifs lors de la livraison où les colis ont été détérioré et les articles dérobés lors du transport , l’equipe du service clients ont été très réactifs et plus particulièrement Johanna qui a suivi les deux incidents à la perfection et qui a su réagir immédiatement avec beaucoup de professionnalisme ainsi qu’un suivi très sérieux. De plus ils ont changé de transporteur donc je recommanderais beaucoup plus sereinement à présent . Service client au top et encore une fois merci à Johanna . After only 2 swimming pool adventures the bikini is starting to bubble. At this price, im highly dissapointed.

I came across Banana Moon when buying swimsuits from Victoria's Secret. Victoria's Secret did not have my size for two tops, so I went to Banana Moon's site directly. When I received my order, I didn't like the fit (loved the Banana Moon bottoms that I purchased from Victoria’s Secret).

I followed the return instructions and when I went to mail the items back at a UPS store, I was told I had two options 1) to mail via United State Postal Service which would take about 3 months and I would be well outside of the return policy time frame of 15 days or 2) pay $195 for DHL which is more than the items cost.

I shared this information with the Banana Moon customer service team via email and was told they would accept my return outside of the 15 day window, so I could move forward with the first, less expensive, option. However, weeks later the package was returned to me so I have over $100 of merchandise that does not fit and lost about $30 trying to mail it back. I assume the items were not accepted because they were outside of the 15 day return period, but no information was included to confirm this.

It seems as though the company does not live up to its return policy. I recommend only buying from a brick-and-mortar store or through an online retailer like Victoria’s Secret with a real return policy. The swimsuits are cute and I do like the Banana Moon bottoms I purchased from Victoria’s Secret, but after this experience, I will not be a returning customer.

Très beau maillot, mais chacun livrés dans 3 sac plastiques différents... Un beau gâchis écologique mais sinon tout le reste est niquel.

Achat pour près de 80€, mais pas de livraison offerte. Taille très très petit ! Et malgré ça, en cas de retour vous payez la livraison retour. Fuyez mesdames!

I bought a beautiful bikini from Banana Moon last Sunday in a boutique in Spain.Two days later I wore it for the first time on the beach. During the day the top of the bikini started to lose the color in places. And it got worse by the hour. Back from the beach I called the store. They told me to come by. So I took a 20 minute drive and went back to the store. The bikini was given a look and I was directly insinuated I had used bleach. Which is simply not true. It came to a very unpleasant discussion and I was portrayed as a liar who manipulates. Which makes no sense at all. I bought the bikini because I like it and I would have exchanged it for a flawless product. But I was offered nothing of the sort. Neither an exchange, nor the money. I was told she can only take a photo and send it to the company for quality assurance. (No respond so far) I am extremely disappointed about the quality and that I am therefore accused of lying. That I spent a lot of money for a beautiful bikini that is no longer beautiful and that after such a short time.

I contacted the manufacturer and on the second attempt I was helped directly. The Bikini were exchanged. I can recommend to buy the bikinis directly in the online store. There you will be helped if something does not fit.

J’ai effectué une commande sur leur site, paye une livraison express 24h et ma commande n’est absolument pas arrivée dans les délais. Je me retrouve à devoir renvoyer cette commande dans les 7 jours apres avoir fait une demande de retour alors que je suis en vacances, et en plus tout cela à mes frais . Une honte

I returned a bikini and paid for a signature return at the beginning on June and still haven’t received my refund. I have emailed several times with photographic proof of return and still no refund. My emails now go unanswered. This is a disgrace especially as they are not cheap. Banana Moon, where is my money?

De bikini's zijn mooi, maar retourzenden is echt drama.
Ik had een paar bikini's gekocht omdat ik verschillende soorten wilde passen en ook niet mijn maat wist. Dus er moesten sowieso bikini's teruggestuurd worden.
Het terugsturen is echt een ramp, je moet zelf de kosten betalen(hier had ik bij bestellen niet opgelet) en omdat het naar Frankrijk moet kost dit 13,-EUR. Maar eigen schuld want ik had hier niet op gelet. Echter het pakket is volgens de verzendpartij aangeboden bij Banana Moon maar is niet aangenomen door hun. Nu moet het pakket opgehaald worden bij het depot maar dat willen zij niet doen. Dus straks wordt het pakket weer teruggestuurd naar mij, moet ik het vanuit hier weer versturen, weer 13,- kwijt en duurt het minimaal 3 weken voordat het weer wordt aangeboden in de hoop dat het pakket dan wel geaccepteerd wordt en ik eindelijk mijn geld terug kan krijgen. Hele slechte gang van zaken.
Ondertussen heb ik het pakket retour ontvangen en 28-8 weer verzonden naar jullie met een return label van jullie. Dit is inmiddels weer 2 weken geleden en nog 2 keer een mail gestuurd om te vragen naar een update, geen reactie en vandaag geprobeerd te bellen maar gelijk voicemail, dus onbereikbaar. Het gaat om order nummer #BE2C0048746
De bikini's die ik terug gestuurd heb zijn een paar 100,- waard en het is echt belachelijk dat jullie niet meer reageren en dat dit nog steeds niet opgelost is na 2,5 maand.

heb een kleedje teruggestuurd van hen, binnen enkele dagen gingen ze het geld terugsturen.
Na meer dan een maand nog niets, ben bang om mijn geld terug te krijgen plus nog iets te bestellen

Commande robe banana moon, pas ma taille sur le site, après un appel sur votre site pour demander si la taille que je voulais allez être réapprovisionner... Accueil, une personne très sympathique m'a taille était réapprovisionner le soir même sur le site, je viens de la recevoir.. Très belle qualité et finition du produit.
Je n'hésiterais pas à recommander... Merci à vous....

J’ai un maillot de bain 1 pièce babana moon
J’ai toujours eu des maillots de bain autres marques que celle là et jamais de problème
Le tissu de babana moon est vraiment de très mauvais qualité
J’ai été brûlé par le soleil à travers ce tissu et ça fait maintenant 3 semaines que je fais des soins car une infection s’est installée suite à ce coup de soleil j’ai d’ailleurs faillit être hospitalisée
