Bamfords Auctioneers & Valuers Anmeldelser

We went to Bamfords Auctioneers for advice to sell some items. The jewellery items were valued and catalogued by Kerri, she was very helpful and ensured we received a good price for the items. Other items were valued by Ian, again gave good advice and everything was sold as arranged. All was dealt with quickly and easily. We would definitely use Bamfords again.

I went to a free local valuation, the gentleman from Bamfords was very helpful & clear in any explanation. Kerri who valued the jewellery was also very helpful & couldn't do enough to help me through the process.
I would definitely use them again. Many thanks

Great service and price achieved. Commission paid on price. Transfers take time so not a quick way to obtain funds but all processed when chased after time frame agreed was complete.

I dealt with Kerri Keeling with regard to my items. She was very knowledgeable and helpful and advised me on the best way forward. She gave me a lot of advise -a lovely person.
I was very pleased with the overall results of the auction.

Very impressed how well we were kept informed throughout the process. Good jewellery valuations given from Kerri and time was taken to ensure the best price.
Items from 29/4/25 through to 12/6/25

I found all the experts welcoming, helpful and honest. When I had accepted the valuations, I waited for the auction. The sale prices on the day were uncannily accurate, some higher, some lower. I was impressed with all stages (particularly the payment!) and would certainly use Bamfords again.

Kerri did a fabulous job selling my cuff links
Many thanks to Bamfords auctioneers.
Definitely recommend.

I received a great service at Bamfords Auctioneers & Valuers when Kerri Keeling helped with checking my collection of jewellery. She spent a lot of time going through a number of boxes and explaining what she found, before putting together a number of lots for sale. The process was smooth throughout and I would recommend Bamfords to anybody else. Will be returning to use their services again in the future. Thank you.

I have used Bamfords a few times to sell quite a lot of stuff. I have always been very satisfied with them. They always seem to get a good price for my items and I found them very easy to deal with. Very nice people.

Many thanks to Kerri and staff for their friendly attitude and help in sorting and selling some old family ornaments, jewellery and knick-knacks. Results exceeding my expectations and will definitely use again if anything else crops up.

Bamfords, Rowsley, were very helpful after we were left boxes full of items from my parents estate. There was so much that it did initially take a long time to begin selling everything, but I was kept up to date via email. Thank you to all the team down there.

Kerri did a fantastic job sorting my items into suitable auction lots. The descriptions for each lot was very detailed, and the estimates were very sensible.
Thanks Kerri - you were brilliant!!
Very pleased with the prices realised Bamfords done good

James made the whole experience an enjoyable charity evening with a twist of compassion, while giving his time freely for a good cause. Thank you very much for giving your time

Had James as the auctioneer and he was amazing as well as funny! Had a great time

I attended a Charity event for Valley Cids where James was the Auctioneer. He made it great fun and ensured there was some good money raised. He really did know how to go the extra mile.

We attended a charity ball 21/11/25 to celebrate Amber Valley Cids Silver Anniversary & raise funds for their new project.
It was a fabulous evening at Morley Hayes based around an auction.
James Lewis was our auctioneer that evening who explained he had given his time freely, which is a heart warming gesture from Banfords a world renowned Auction house.
James conducted the auction with such humility & humour it made you want to bid for things you would usually never need or want.
I have no previous knowledge of James however, I hope he keeps his promise with continued support for local charities. Fingers x’d we will see him at next the event !

James was fantastic at a recent charity auction. He brought such great energy and a brilliant sense of humour that kept the crowd fully engaged throughout the entire event. His enthusiasm really helped to push the bids higher, making a meaningful difference for the charity. You could tell he genuinely cared about the cause, and he made the whole experience both fun and entertaining for everyone involved.

James Lewis was our auctioneer for a charity event to help us raise funds for a project we are embarking on.
From our first meeting with James he proved to be approachable and so very helpful in putting together the auction.
On the night he was friendly to those who attended the event and very professional in his role of auctioneer and entertaining at the same time.
I am very grateful to him for his kindness and professionalism helping us the trustees to kick start a project which will support many children and young people in their education.

A truly fantastic auction was conducted by James at our recent charity event. He is thoroughly professional , humorous and highly skilled at reaching optimum prices. Delighted with the result! Thank you.
