We’re sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction, but we would like to clarify the situation.
Your order could not be fulfilled because particular LIFTER delivery to the UK is available only for registered companies and with an additional shipping charge, as clearly stated in our shipping policy. Unfortunately, your order did not meet these conditions.
Once this was identified, we proceeded with a full refund, which has already been issued. Please note that refund processing times can vary depending on your payment provider.
We understand this situation is frustrating, but we want to assure you that there was no delay or intention to withhold your funds, and your claim that this is a scam is incorrect.

Good products but pay attention to hidden costs!
Products are good in terms of price and quality.
Pay attention to hidden cost. The prices shown do not include: VAT, Credit Card Fee(2,5%) or more if using other payments types. Furthermore, the worst are the shipping cost fees: in the invoice they show "Free worldwide shipping cost", but in fact afterwards they contact you for additional payments. Not fair! All costs must be show clearly upon payment!

Regarding your comments about hidden costs — please rest assured that all charges are clearly shown at checkout before any payment is made. Most of our customers are companies, which is why VAT isn’t charged when a valid VAT code is provided. The credit card fee (2.5%) can also be avoided by choosing a bank transfer payment option.
As for shipping — around 90% of our products include free delivery. However, larger items that require pallet shipping do not. This is clearly mentioned in the product description (in two places), where we state:
“Disclaimer: This product does not include free shipping. For delivery pricing and additional information, please contact us directly.”
We completely understand how easy it can be to miss such details, but we do our best to make all costs transparent before purchase. Thank you again for sharing your experience — your feedback helps us improve.
