Ordered a hat and got a confirmation email straight away. Then a few days later a despatch email with tracking number. The courier website had 'waiting on parcel' for 4 weeks. After reading some reviews here I started to panic as it was a Christmas present. Sent two emails to Balscot with no reply from either of them. All of a sudden I got a parcel delivery update from the courier and it arrived a week later. Great hat, lovely quality. Think their customer services need to improve as well as their communications
Do Not use, email address now taken down, money lost clearly a scam
Ok. Ordered a hat on 18th November and it arrived 27th November.
I didn’t do my normal checks on the website and thought it was a shop in the UK. That’s what you’re led to believe. When the hat didn’t arrive I found the reviews here and thought oh no, I’ve been scammed.
However I emailed the company. And whilst it took a few days, they replied. Polite and very apologetic. They explained they were very busy. Evri delivered a few days later. Hat was in a strong cardboard box but no other wrapping/protection. Otherwise the hat fits well and I’m very pleased with it.
So it’s not a scam site. But they really need to be more open about where they are based and how long it will take to arrive, and their general communications.
Would I use again? Possibly.
Hope they can make some improvements.
Haven't received the order in over a month. I ordered as it said it would arrive in 4-5 business days and it still hasn't come in over a month. I have sent multiple emails with no response and no help tracking through the Shop App. Do not order.
Ordered a hat, had a confirmation email, then nothing, emailed them and still nothing, checked out website better (wish we did this before) and its not legit at all. Lost our money, its a Chinese website saying its an English company. Gutted, my son used his pocket money to purchase this.
Haven't received my order. I ordered a Hat about a couple weeks ago now and it said it would arrive in 4-5 business days and it still hasn't come. They said I could track my order however it hasn't changed from "order placed". This order was £40 now out of the window.
